I’ve been going to Veekoo for years, and it continues to be my favorite sushi restaurant in the area. The sushi is always incredibly fresh, top quality, and consistently excellent. It is by far the best sushi around. On my most recent visit, I tried the Satay Chicken special, and it was absolutely incredible. It was perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and one of the best specials I’ve had in a long time. Between the outstanding food, great service, and consistency over the years, Veekoo is a place I recommend to anyone looking for an amazing meal.

One of Upper Montco's gems. It's B.Y.O.B., linen table cloths with consistently attentive wait staff. Tight but comfortable seating. Food is excellent. Asset to the area.

Ordered takeout, sushi came in the bag sideways, so all my toppings, and raw items were all over the lid and half the sushi was in-enjoyable. My kani salad was also smashed again the lid as well . Why put sush upside down in the bag??

I had an extremely disappointing experience on Saturday evening at the Veeko location in Royersford, PA. I will never dine at this restaurant again and do not recommend it. One of my best friends and I arrived at 4pm and there were only 3 occupied tables at that time. We let our server know we would be there a while and she said okay. We left her an almost 50% tip. We had our meal and opted not to have dessert. We had a full pot of tea which we paid for and had yet to drink. While sipping our tea and talking, one hostess came to our table 2 times and asked if we were okay. We told her yes both times but thought it was odd that she came to our table. We continued to drink our tea and converse only for her to return for a third time. She had the audacity to ask us how long we planned to stay! We were shocked!! She went on and on about getting busy, people waiting and reservations. There were at least 3 open tables at that time and there was no waiting line at the entrance. It was absurd! She did everything but straight up ask us to leave! I have never experienced this type of rudeness at a restaurant in my life! I have dined all over this county and in other countries and never has anyone been that disrespectful. We finished our tea and were on our way out when she gave us a $15 gift card. Not really sure why. When we were almost at the door a couple at the front gave her name to get a table with no reservation and they certainly weren't turned away! There is no justification for treating any patrons in this manner! It's despicable behavior!

Meal and service were mediocre. Asked server for a recommendation or popular rolls — said he is a steak guy and doesn't eat the sushi. Wanton soup was tepid and flavorless. Rolls were unimaginative and bland. Haven't been to Veekoo for years and probably won't go again.

I will never patron VeeKoo in Royersford ever again. I have been going there since they opened. Sent tons of friends and colleagues there. Yesterday afternoon I was there with one of my best friends and the head hostess was so incredibly rude to us. She pestered us three different times in the span of an hour to leave I guess because we weren’t ordering anything more from the menu. We had already left our server a hefty cash tip. Definitely do NOT recommend anymore.

My family has been going to Veekoo for years and it never disappoints! They have changed the menu around a bit and offered some specials during our last meal. The sesame chicken and chicken teriyaki are 2 of our favorites. I always get at least 1 sushi roll. You cannot go wrong when you select a roll! Very delicious!
