Nice burger place. I understand there might have been complaints about service in the past but personally i enjoy just being able to order at a kiosk. As somone with bad social anxiety i really appreciate that. However today i felt almost obligated to order with the cashier. Maybe a simple "hello how are you" would suffice to not make people feel obligated. I didnt order what I really wanted and didnt eat my food because of the interaction. ðŸ«

I travel from Pottstown to the Royersford location because I have experienced repeated rudeness at the Pottstown Wayback. The Royersford location was once one of the cleanest and friendliest restaurants I frequented. However, it has recently deteriorated in terms of cleanliness, and the staff now seem stressed. As the same employees are still present from my past (more enjoyable) visits, it seems that there may be underlying issues affecting their performance.

This place has the best fries that I have ever had! Their burgers, including the impossible burger, are fantastic and the cheese steak is oh so good and the ice cream sundaes are perfection. Everyone is friendly and they work hard to get your order to you in a timely manner. Highly recommend this place to anyone and definitely try the fries.

This burger I just had made my cloudy day turn sunny. The ingredients felt so fresh and best of all the service was astonishing. It’s like they knew my cravings they added the perfect amount of everything each ingredient complemented the other and I could not ask for anything more. Thank you to the employees who made this possible

I used to love this place. I came to pick up my order and had to pay there because i couldn't put my card info while I was driving and ordering over the phone. As I approached the counter a man greeted me in a friendly way. He then motioned to who I think is the manager to ring me up. I'm assuming it was because the first guy was busy cooking. The manager didn't even look up at me or greet me and basically acted like I wasn't there. He then motioned to the card machine. I started to pay and he acted like the whole process was an annoyance, while it only took all of a couple of mins. He then proceeded to tell me to select an option on the screen( he was referring to the tip)
LOL yeah right. The audacity. Honestly, In any other circumstance I would be kind and tip, even though it's fast food and I'm picking up my order. But there's no way in hell I would reward this kind of behavior. I used to come here every few months, now I'll never go there again. What a sad environment.
Five guys is better anyways, I'll just travel a little farther
