We went yesterday for the first time and I have to say as soon as you walk in the door, every employee notices you and they all either smile, wave or say something! You really feel noticed the moment you walk in! That is a rare quality in a restaurant nowadays. We knew right off the back. It must’ve been ran by really great people., and low, and behold the girl that came to our table to take our order was the OWNER! Which first of all is awesome!

Hitchy's Tavern & Grille offers a wonderful dining experience in a calm atmosphere with ample parking and seating. The menu features diverse and delicious options, including popular items like wings, horseradish cheese planks, and a portobello burger, along with a highly praised fish fry available on Fridays. This fish fry is known for its generous portions and variety of side choices, such as loaded baked potatoes and onion rings. The friendly wait staff ensures fast service, and the restaurant is kid-friendly with plenty of TVs for sports and a jukebox, making it an ideal spot for family dining. Customers appreciate the professional service, with waitresses being upbeat, informed, and attentive to their needs. The ambiance is described as rustic and comfortable, highlighted by amazing carved wood and super comfortable barstools. The cleanliness of the space, from the floors to the bathrooms, adds to the pleasant experience. While the food is praised as delicious, some customers feel that certain items, like the Mexican Street Corn Dip, could use more flavor. Overall, Hitchy's is seen as a beautiful bar with great comfort, offering a nice selection of craft and draft beers, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
