Amazing food, reasonably priced, waitresses are friendly & super nice!
The food was awesome and it came out fast. With that being said, we were told to sit anywhere when we walked in and then waited 15 minutes to get our coffee. We waited another 15 minutes before our order was taken, they waited on three tables that came in after us first. Then food came out within 2 minutes of our order and it took another 10 minutes to get the cold drinks we ordered to go with the food. I Called to order food this Thursday morning from the Factory Restaurant and was rudely hung up on and called back and the lady that answered the phone hung up again.
