The food was awesome and it came out fast. With that being said, we were told to sit anywhere when we walked in and then waited 15 minutes to get our coffee. We waited another 15 minutes before our order was taken, they waited on three tables that came in after us first. Then food came out within 2 minutes of our order and it took another 10 minutes to get the cold drinks we ordered to go with the food. Just all around lack of basic customer service skills ìn the wait staff. Food was great but we went out to be waited on, and that did not happen. I didn't even get more coffee because I knew it would be a hassle to get it. One woman came in and waited and then went to the waitress to ask for her menu and her drink as if she was used to it. Two women left because they waited too long to be served. It was not busy either. Bottom line, we loved the food but would only get it again if it were takeout. We will not be back.

This is a great diner!! The food is always awesome. I recommend the super sandwich with sausage or bacon. Very generous with the eggs and meat. So sad they close on weekends

The only issue I had is they ONLY take cash or check. They had an ATM, but I couldn't get it to work. There is an ATM at H&H groceries at the opposite end of the strip mall, 1or there is a credit union(name is One) with an ATM across from the round-about by the bridge That's where I went. It took my card. I had the patty melt with coleslaw. Was very good.
Kid-friendliness: There were books and some games available for children
It took a half hour to get noticed and seated. There were several empty tables but they had not been cleaned yet. I was very frustrated by the time we finally got a table. But after we were seated, the service was not bad, food was good.

I've been here twice and I'm really happy with everything I've had to eat, the place is literally wide open, you'd never feel cramped in this restaurant, I really enjoyed the cheese steak omelette, I was very hungry and I ate every morsel of food .

Great little out of the way place in Saegertown PA. The food that was good was very good but there was some dishes that were not very good. Mostly due to seasoning. Fried potatoes were not seasoned at all, sausage gravy was very peppery and mostly cold.
