Ordered my drinks on the app as I do every day, same drinks. Drive thru cashier gave me my first drink. I told her it was too light there was no chocolate added which is a common mistake and the other Dunkin’s just remake it. She said there was I insisted there wasn’t. They took the drink back and said they remake it. 2 seconds later they handed me the same damn drink back. I stated there is no chocolate in that or the other drink they just handed me. She said she just put 3 pumps in there. We drove away, tasted my other drink, absolutely no chocolate, sugar, nothing but coffee and milk. I called to speak to the manager, explained who I was and that we had just left, gave my order number and informed her that o. Wanted my money back. Mind you I’m already going north on 61 and I ordered on the app and I was just there went over the whole spiel and that I had already requested my drinks to be fixed and I was told they were and they refused to fix them yet so I just want my money back. He told me that I had to turn around and bring the drinks back. Which I understand refunds and restaurants, worked in many, but I tried to resolve the issue before I left the window And everyone knows the condition of that road. I usually don’t go to that Dunkin because it is the worst in the area but today I did and it reminded me why I don’t. That manager should be fired.

Since when can’t you get less ice? First off, they ask for my order and I give it to them, then waited some time and they asked for it again. I had ordered the Strawberry Daydream Refresher with less ice. I pull up to the window and make sure it had less ice and they said corporate doesn’t allow them to make Strawberry Daydream Refreshers with less ice, specifically. The lady had the biggest attitude about it and said we need to report all these locations that allow it because they “aren’t supposed to.” Since when?!? We’ve had issues in the past with this place. They have lazy workers that are rude and they have the worst customer service. Looks like they just wasted a drink.

absolutely hate this place,everything’s online. took 10 minutes to make a drink,and it was pretty much empty. for online orders when something isn’t available it doesn’t pop up right away,it will say after you put your whole order in.

Drinks still good, can only order via kiosk, they remodeled the inside and all the seats are uncomfortable. This place is inviting as a public park covered in needles

I had to call them the other day. After getting 6 donuts and biting into the strawberry jelly one, I noticed a bad metallic taste. Im not sure if DD uses strawberry filling from a can but it sure did taste like the can. Im not sure why they got rid of cherry jelly glazed and replaced it with strawberry?? The cherry filling was so much better!! Oh, so when I called to report the donuts tasting badly, I was asked how many strawberry jelly I had gotten, I said 2, so now I have a 2 donut coupon waiting for me at DD,St.Clair. A half dozen would have been better,lol but I'll take it.

I wanted to place an order and was forced to use the kiosk because the lady behind the counter didn't want to take my order. It was just 1 dozen doughnuts. Then, when i was about to pay in cash, the lady at the register told me that in order to pay in cash, i needed to buy a gift card because i couldn't pay cash at the kiosk. I complained because this was ridiculous, and she canceled my order at the kiosk and took the order, and she accepted cash anyway with a horrible attitude.

This new setup takes longer. They have staff assigned to a station. That could wait on coffee orders. We just stand there waiting. They lost the interaction with employees. Blame the keyosk. If you have only cash, you can not order inside. They offer no counter service. Coffee is still delicious. But the wait isn't worth it. I'm sick of adding yet another app for another business.

Required to order using the kiosk, which is totally okay! Love the fact that I can choose “surprise me” for the dozen of donuts I ordered! Donuts are relatively fresh but generally on the sweet side!
