Put an order in at Philly Pretzel Factory in Coal Creek Plaza in Saint Clair. When I went to pick up the order. The lady at the counter ignored my order and wasn't going to fill it. She said I should have just came in to put the order in, instead of ordering it online. Wasn't very pleased with the customer service she gave.

It was awesome!!!! And they some lemonade and I love the place and me and Tracy and my brother were there and ate outside and I loved it

The place itself is super nice, the employees are very kind, and it is very clean. However, I'll have to say that they OD on the salt. Puckers me every time. I find myself rubbing the salt off before I eat the product.

I went in an hour ago, this is the best place I've been too! The Workers Were Kind, Wait Time is like 4-5 minutes. Sauces are 25-75¢ I recommend for Saint Clair.

Have to leave a review today as it’s the worst service I received by far since I’ve come here. No it’s not much; a simple pretzel shop to get pretzels and some dipping sauces and such. When I went in I did not have much time to order as the younger girl at the counter wanted to know if I had an order, to which I said no I’d like to order some pretzels. She asked what my order was and I said I didn’t have an order but that I’d like to order something, which seemed to be confusing in and itself but I digress. She asked if I wanted to even order as it would be a 5-7 minute wait which again - I’m going to wait for if I’m in a pretzel store already but I appreciate the heads up. They did seem to be busy making already set-ahead orders, but the younger workers just didn’t seem to understand much of what was going on. I paid and didn’t get to scan my rewards member code nor was I asked. I did wait with another individual who was also behind me, waiting, for a good amount of time. Someone else came in wanting to order a much larger order of about 25 pretzels (since that was their limit, you must place anything over 25 pretzels a day ahead) and got the now freshly done pretzels right away. The older lady in the back inquired why this was done and why another order was going to be given to this same individual who wanted to order again as we were still waiting on our small orders. The young girls didn’t apologize or seem to care and just gave us our orders after giving priority to the larger amount guest. Thank you for making a limit on orders so that the people wanting to get their regular orders still cannot do so in a timely manner. Please train your staff better.

I lovee these pretzels! Theyre the best around. Its my best comfort food. Eat them when im sick, hungover, after surgery etc. ?

service was very poor, don't accept $50's for some odd reason, they never have the cinnamon sugar pretzels pre-made, I was very disappointed because the pretzels are actually very good.
