Gave it’s another shot. They just can’t get an order right no matter how hard they try. They cannot even get the correct cheese on your cheesesteak. I ordered provolone I got something that tasted like Parmesan. Gross. I did call them and the staff stated they do not have parmesan cheese but it sure tasted like it. Wasn’t provolone, thats for sure. Wish I would’ve took a picture before I gave it to the animals! While still at Primo, they had to reopen the “cheesesteak” to cut it in half. Prior to that, they gave me raw onions. This is on a Philly cheesesteak mind you. Luckily I caught that. I wish I would’ve Spotted them putting on Parmesan cheese (or whatever the hell it was) but sadly I didn’t.
Don’t waste your time or money.

Really. My husband happens to absolutely love the rice pudding it is best rice pudding that you can get anywhere. Every single time I order a cheese steak I have more cheese than I do steak to a point that I even called up the last time I ordered it to tell him to cut back on the cheese. It's supposed to be steak with cheese not cheese with steak. If it wasn't for them putting an over abundance of cheese on it they'd get a much better reading than what they have now. I don't know if they changed whoever is cooking it or what but it is way too much cheese with very little steak. They're ham and cheese are great and so is there turkey and cheese. I'm not a sesame seed bread type of person but overall they really need to improve on their cheesesteaks because it's just way too much cheese it's like I have a big old mozzarella stick in there with a little bit of steak sticking to it. Prices are way too expensive for what you're getting and I think this is probably the last time I'm ever going to order from them because of that

Awesome hoagies! I love the sharp Italian. The sesame seeds on the rolls really makes the hoagies POP with incredible flavor. Two thumbs up, 5 stars. If you find yourself in the area you should give them a try.

Great customer service and the primo size Italian taste just like they do back in Philadelphia I highly recommend the Italian and the hot Italian

We ordered a mini tray for a gathering before a high school graduation. I was concerned that it said it served "5-6" as that is usually wrong at most places. We had other stuff to munch on, so we decided to stick with the mini. I'm glad we did. We had a bunch of sandwiches left over. Two of us hit it for lunch the next day... and still, we had leftovers.The food was fresh and delicious, and they packed plates, napkins, and a bunch of fixins (mayo, pickles, peppers, banana peppers, onions and squirt bottles of oil and vinegar). Definitely worth the price (try feeding 5-6 people at a fast food place with leftovers for the next day for $62).The staff at the St. Clair store are always courteous and professional. We will definitely be back.
