I had a really disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. My mom ordered three tacos and specifically asked to make sure there was enough hot sauce. The employee who packed our order, Jason Belluci, filled the entire bag with hot sauce packets placed directly on top of the tacos, which completely crushed them.

Okay so first off I don’t really get quesaritos anymore but this is literally pathetic. My quesarito compared to that is literally like a pancake and the volcano sauce they use has miracle whip in it and that’s all you can taste. Nothing will outdo the volcano sauce from back then and this Taco Bell is a big let down.

10:55 a.m. on a Tuesday there is nobody in the restaurant except for one person eating and me standing at the counter for 5 minutes and not even a hi or hello from someone one person in the Drive-Thru and two or three people sitting in the back just talking. I just left to go somewhere else for lunch because I don't have enough time to stand there and wait while working

Over the years this location had gone down. Most of the workers are basically children- young adults. Multiple times went here when it was all young boys working and they didn’t care about anythinggggg. It was like a party with no supervision- and this is the situation my food is being handled in. Food never used to get messed up but now it’s messed up often or things are forgotten about. The wait time can be ridiculous. They often give me diet Baja when I order regular and whenever I say something they’re like oh, we’re out of regular. Really bothers me they don’t mention this before giving me the drink.

I am a door dasher and every time I come to this location it is a horrible experience. The morning shift is good probably because the general manager is on site. But the night shift there is horrible. Employees always outside all of them at the same time, having to wait 20-25 minutes for an order. That is unacceptable. Managers and crew throwing things at each other. Floor with food all over. I hope your inspection isn't coming anytime soon cause that would be an epic fail. I was a general manager and to me it sounds like a waiste of labor and product. Needless to say when I informed them I was going to call corporate and file an initial complaint I had one of them look at me and say go ahead call corporate they aren't gonna do shit haven't done shit and never will do shit and we will all have our jobs tomorrow. VERY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
