Over the years this location had gone down. Most of the workers are basically children- young adults. Multiple times went here when it was all young boys working and they didn’t care about anythinggggg. It was like a party with no supervision- and this is the situation my food is being handled in. Food never used to get messed up but now it’s messed up often or things are forgotten about. The wait time can be ridiculous. They often give me diet Baja when I order regular and whenever I say something they’re like oh, we’re out of regular. Really bothers me they don’t mention this before giving me the drink.

I am a door dasher and every time I come to this location it is a horrible experience. The morning shift is good probably because the general manager is on site. But the night shift there is horrible. Employees always outside all of them at the same time, having to wait 20-25 minutes for an order. That is unacceptable. Managers and crew throwing things at each other. Floor with food all over. I hope your inspection isn't coming anytime soon cause that would be an epic fail. I was a general manager and to me it sounds like a waiste of labor and product. Needless to say when I informed them I was going to call corporate and file an initial complaint I had one of them look at me and say go ahead call corporate they aren't gonna do shit haven't done shit and never will do shit and we will all have our jobs tomorrow. VERY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

Arrived in the lobby at 10ish and was waiting to eat inside. The one worker was rushing to get home, told us to only use a certain garbage disposal so he didn’t have to change it. Then we sat in booths by the window and was forced to move due to the worker needing to mop. When we finally got our food, they put it in a to-go bag, ultimately us getting kicked out. As we were leaving, the worker cleaning the lobby announced as we were leaning he was excited to go home because we were leaving. With that, I was missing items with my order and didn’t get the drink (Fresca) because the lobby worker didn’t know how to make it. Instead he used drinks in the drive through and poured them into different cups.

Waited in the drive through to get cold fries a quesadilla that was 90% cheese. No nacho cheese dipping. Fries were upside down. Buncha bozos. Would not recommend at these prices may as well order something nicer at place jeez

Ate in today because hubby was craving tacos. Especially enjoyed the f-bombs being yelled in the back the entire time we were there. Oh, and the free entertainment when a female friend of some of the workers came in begging for $5. That was fun. Not a family-friendly atmosphere for sure!
