4/22/2024. Update since my last review. Ordered 2 things, easy order. Not so much when I received. Tacos made wrong yet again. I come at least once a week, and every time, something is wrong or missing. I speak clearly at the drive-tru. Friendliness has gone downhill as well.

I ordered a steak wrap and when I opened it it had 3 small peices of steak in it. So I paid almost what? 9 dollars for 2 dollars of food? Train your staff to make it look like the picture. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen.

My friend & I had wanted the $5 Box but were told they , "No Longer have those", would we like to order something else from the menu? Those $5 Boxes were well worth the trip up Rt. 61?Gonna miss them, won't be the same .. lol

Cashier was being trained by this other lady who could not stand her not knowing or being able to do something. She had an attitude with her and an attitude with the customer the cashier was trying to help. Does not have the attitude to be in front dealing with customers or training other workers in front of customers. I don’t care if it was towards me it was uncalled for and unnecessary. Be a grown up and learn how to talk to people.

The chair my buddy was sitting on made the worst sound in the wold when he moved it across the floor. Like nails on a caulk board. Im sure the other people were just as annoyed by it.
I just did an online order for a nacho bell grande with extra meat and paid for extra beef. I barely got any meat and definitely NOT extra meat. Taco Bell do better.Where's the beef ??????

Every time I have ordered from this location my order is always all jacked up. I can count on two fingers the amount of times that they’ve got my order correct. it’s never anything crazy it’s simple like no sour cream or no spicy chipotle sauce. I’m not ordering the entire menu either. Yet they still can’t get it right. maybe if the workers were more focused on doing their job correctly rather than dancing to whatever is on the radio while making the food they would be able to get peoples orders right.

The morning weekend crew sucks as far as service goes and I stopped going there at that time. Ignored. And that same black Audi is parked in the lot every weekend morning. How hard is it to get the breakfast bell box together?The rest of the time I go there, the service is great.

Messed up drive thru order twice #8 - 3 Doritos locos supreme and crunchwrap supreme as it did show on screen but it was a completely different order on receipt maybe they would have decent smart employees if they were drug tested upon hire and not a team of meth
