I have been wanting to come here for years, and was finally able to go recently and was very let down. I was greeted quickly and taken to a table, but there was myself and 2 or 3 other tables eating, and they couldn’t find a clean table…. They eventually sat me at a dirty table and sprayed it down while I sat there…I ordered the blackened prime rib medium rare, and it was completely over cooked and hard. Like beef jerky hard. I had ordered a soda and a water with the meal, and had completely drank them dry trying to eat the steak, and wasn’t offered a refill until I was ready for the check.With only 4 tables being used, I was very let down by service. Main food was not good, but the sides were ok. But it was a one and done experience

The food was great! I got a fish sand and a salad. Better half got pulled pork and tuna and she loved it. We will definitely be back. Went back had fish and a burger and fries and it was great, love this place! Back again and man the fish is delicious, I'll be sorry to see lent go.

First time ordering. Got take out. 2 fish dinners. Was told 45 minutes for pick up. Ended up being over an hour. Staff walked passed me 3 times as I stood at the register and was never acknowledged. Fish was soggy, under cooked. Fries were soggy, the mac n cheese was okay. Definitely won't be back.

Food good. Although the southern fried chicken sandwich has been bad the past couple times and super salty. The woman that takes orders and runs the cash register should retire - she's kind of curt with customers and sometimes worse than other times. The dining area is too dark.
We get their hamburger special for take out every week and love it. My wife likes her burgers well done and this is one of the few places who do it excellent every time. Food is always warm and prepared right. Great place to eat!

I echo an earlier reviewer in that this place should be packed. The food is great and there’s no way you can beat the prices. I’ve eaten fried chicken here (amazing!), Mac n Cheese (great!) and a number of other dishes. Even the salad uses high quality greens.Just trust me and go!
