I was very impressed with the customer service. I called Saturday evening with a specific pizza order that another pizza place continues to mess up no matter how many times I clarify. The worker that took my order asked me to repeat it to make sure he had it correctly and even read it back to me. When we got our pizza it was made perfectly. So many others look over the fine details and Vocellis took care of us!
I am thankful for the great customer service the manager, Robbie, of this store delivered on tonight.
I ordered a pizza for delivery for dinner this evening.
The order was accidentally entered as a pick up when I placed it over the phone, rather than delivery. When I called questioning where the pizza was at an hour later, (as we are all hungry and on a time schedule) the manager immediately offered to refund it and have the pizza delivered immediately.

Vocelli Pizza is a solid spot that prioritizes quality food and efficient service. The staff are welcoming, friendly, and the service is impressively fast. The small pepperoni pizza, boneless wings, rolls, and mac and cheese pizza with tomatoes are all fantastic or amazing. Delivery is quick, and the restaurant always runs promos, making it super affordable. One customer's son says it is the best pizza he has ever had.
