I was sitting at the same table that was treated very rudely. Staff member very disrespectful, interrupting an elderly lady who stopped at our table for a minute, and as she was about to leave the server rudely told us to take the conversation outside because they wanted to go home. We all sat there in shock for a minute and then told her that was rude, she said “you’re the ones who are rude coming in before closing time.” I did not see a sign with a closing time and the place was packed when we arrived. So we sat down, our server took her time taking our orders instead of informing us it was almost closing time, waited until we paid then told us to get out, they wanted to go home. I don’t know if these servers are related to the owners that they can act this way, and if they are, that’s even worse. Who runs a business like that! Never in my life have I ever witnessed such a thing from any business. I’m not that desperate for a burger or an omelette. There’s plenty of other places to eat.

Breakfast ended with my family being rushed out and insulted after paying. Staff blamed them for slow service, snapped at my grandson and told them to leave so they could “go home.” This place doesn’t just rush you — they shove you out. Save yourself the disrespect.

Rude wait staff. The server today told my family of 6 and 6 other couples to take our conversations outside. Stated we were rude for coming in close to closing and kept them over an hour. We came in at 11:30 and nobody said they were closing soon. It took 30-40 minutes to get our food but we did not complain as they were busy. We go often and we are generous tippers . We told the server we just got our food 15 minutes ago and just paid and she said good, then get out. One of the patrons said she would not be back and she said good. I have never in my life been treated so rudely as a person let alone customer. It’s such a shame because the food is good and we always buy their pies for the holidays. I guess we will be patronizing another place who appreciates our business.

We stopped here after church around 11:45 AM, just before their noon closing. Service was slow — it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. Our server was short with us and told my young nephew he needed to “be patient” when he said he was hungry. After paying, while my sister finished a quick conversation, another staff member rudely told us and others to “take your conversations outside,” saying they had closed 45 minutes ago. When we mentioned the long wait, she blamed us for arriving close to closing time. When my sister said she’d never been treated so rudely, the server responded “you’re the rude ones, we closed almost an hour ago and you’re sitting in here talking, we’d like to go home” We told her we just paid our bills, she replied yes you’ve paid so please leave, we’d like to go home. I said we wouldn’t be returning, and her response was simply, “Good.” I’ve eaten here before and always felt rushed, but never treated this rudely. What a shame!

Treated my grandmother and my son terribly. Quick to push you out the door and talk to you like an inconvenience

Today was the last time my family and I will ever patronize this restaurant. We’ve been loyal customers for years, always tipping generously and spending $60–$100 per visit.

Today, after waiting 45 minutes for our food (without complaint), we paid our bill and were briefly discussing post-meal plans at the table. Out of nowhere, another server — who is also a real estate agent — abruptly told us, “Take it outside. We’re closed.” When we expressed surprise and stated we just got done paying the bill and was saying our goodbye she said, “If you paid your bill, good. Get out.”

Not only did she chase out our family of six, but also six other shocked patrons.
We’ve spent thousands here over the years, including hundreds on holiday pie orders. That ends today.

Ironically, we had planned to ask her about listing our home — a significant commission lost.
A harsh reminder: how you treat people always matters. You never know who’s sitting at your table.

This is a hidden gem! Great quality ingredients. I had the omelet which was full of vegetables and sausage. Plus really good potatoes. All for $9.50. Throw in Miss Pamela's service and personality win win.
