Drive thru was easy and accessible to all cars of pretty much any size staff was efficient and cooperated very well food was almost no time wait and food was very clean and it was fire 🔥 definitely was a little pricey but I shrugged it off
Went there the other day for cold treat in heat and asked if any deals in drive-thru and was told of their happy hour deals on milkshakes starting in 2 min. So I waited and was very well served and want to say the reason I am writing the review was the EXCELLENT customer service handling of my order by Jillian who did a textbook 10/10 customer attendance from start to finish. I have been through there in the past with an ornery white haired woman who actually called the police on me I think every single time I went there. But seriously Jillian needs to chart a consulting business training all these kids starting their mandatory minimum wage careers. Great job. Industry standard to be strived for. The food was also very fresh and well prepared.

Food was okay . The fries were half full and mixed with regular fries not all curly . The restaurant was so dirty! Not one clean table. Only two customers in the place so it's not like they were busy and 70% of the tables and counters were filthy.Much improvement needed.

We stopped at the drive-thru today and everything went great and took them up on their 2 for $6 sandwiches and they were very tasty and the service was great. We're back in the area and we saw Arby's still has one odd drive-thru set up. To enter it appears you're driving on the tire shops property(you're not)and at the end you make a hard right to order and then proceed to pay and pick up your food, well the curb is set pretty far from the building so you want to get close and hope you don't scuff a tire and because of this you and the worker have quite the reach. When you leave the curb juts out even further, it's painted yellow and you can see tire scuff marks. I did OK with it and hey the service and sandwiches were great so all is good. lol
