Came in last night waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for someone to greet us (no one did) so we went inside and they were out of nearly everything INCLUDING ICE. When bringing this up to the employee she went “heh” and walked away this had also been after the 13 times I was ignored by the employees. We could hear the employees laughing at the customers and getting angry when our food wasn’t correct someone that was there way before we got there hadn’t got his food until abt 20 minutes after we got ours. Ridiculous. Customer service was awful.

Terrible service. Not only did I wait in line almost a half hour, with 2 people in the dining area and 3 cars in the drive thru, but there is no respect for who waits in line there. I paid 11 dollars for the wrong drink, dry chicken, and no sides. No ice in my sweet tea that I should have tasted before leaving because it was unsweetened tea after being asked to confirm what I wanted. Never again. Even during a holiday weekend, with 8 people behind the counter working, I am not impressed.
If you like room temperature food, this is the place for you. If you prefer your burgers, fries or nuggets to be warm or hot, try another fast food restaurant in the area.

Don't waste your time here, even the Manager stands around and talks making jokes but don't help the customers. They couldn't even manage one order. What a disgrace of place. One girl running the drive through by herself and the 3 men expecting her to help walk in orders too.

The board in the drive through was super dirty, tattered, and dough looking. I ordered ahead to collect points and was told to wait before I could tell them it was an online order. I waited at the board for 10 mins and at the window for 10 before speaking to anyone. They told me they didn't have the hot fries for my order, asked me twice what I wanted, then tried to give me someone else's shake. There were 3 people staring blankly at me from the window. Must have been everyone's first day. I eat at a different burger King every week but this was the worst one in years.

Got 2 double hamburgers because my sugar was low, both were just warm, not hot at all. I'm going to start bringing a food thermometer with me and reporting these dangerous situations
