Specifically asked for Zesty sauce more than once and got home after going through the drive thru and there was no sauce. Not even one pack. I would have gone back if I didn't live so far away. We enjoy Burger King but this is now the second time that I have gone through a drive thru and something has been wrong with my order..

The staff is always high. Waited over 2 hrs for my delivery and tried calling. My dasher said it looked like no one was there. I know for a fact they're smoking dab pens and bongs in the back bc I used to work there and don't smoke. Never eat there if you have a food allergy.

I absolutely HATE the fact that you have to place your order on a machine now. I'd much rather order thru a real, live person. Computers are putting people out of business and I hate that. I doubt seriously if we'll go back to any Burger King. Taco Bell is the same way. No more.

While using the toilet the lights shut off and had to use my flashlight on my phone. Not really a great experience to be honest. Writing this as im still in the dark in the bathroom. Wonder how long before someone comes in and triggers the lights? Stomach kinda funny today so after I ate had to do some paperwork and now in the dark

I just stopped by this day (21st)at 1:ish. I've had a better experience here in time past.today I got med.fries crumbled, (I asked for no salt).The fish sandwich was tarter sauce sloppy, with lettuce exploding out of the package.couldn't even taste the fish. And the onion whopper was a total slop job.definately need some training for professionalism quality!

I came to to drive through for a mobile order I placed and already paid for through the BK app. They told me the system was done and to come inside and order, and understandably I did. I went to the front register where I waited 10 mins with no help. Just stared at. So I went back through the drive through and it’s been 30 mins now since I placed my order. Now I sit and wait in a long line for everyone else that I shouldn’t have to wait on since I was already there 15 minutes prior with nearly no one. I got my order eventually and they didn’t even say the system was down again. They needed to ask me what my drink was and what size it was. Something they should’ve known by reading the order from the screen. Reading all it takes. Not hard. But I left and my order was wrong, but I’m not going to go in there and complain now because I want to get home and eat.
For all that I could’ve went to a restaurant and waited that period and may have had a nice server with customer service skills. I would’ve paid the same price too including a tip. BK is fast food. And there workers are well paid for what they do when some blue collar workers are busting their rear ends to make that. If you’re going to have that many hiccups atleast have some nice customer service to go along with it. Not ignorance.
This is the second BK I experienced that; and honestly I had enough of fast food. It’s way too overpriced for the time it takes and treatment you get out of it. As a whole will not be ordering here again no matter how good it is because everything else about it just ruins it entirely.
the fries and chicken fries were cold but the burgers were not. the service was great however the atmosphere was rough. i witnessed two employees yelling at a women that used to work there for assisting a worker find a button on the machine. i found it incredibly unprofessional and wouldn’t not recommend.

We door dash in the afternoon and the nasty little girls are so disrespectful. They made it a point to complain out loud about more door dash orders and just about us being there in general. If you don’t like your job then quit. We also got food from there and we were missing food and when we went back into the store to correct it they started whispering and also made it a point that we heard them talking bad and they didn’t seem happy to fix THEIR mistake lmao. Get better workers who don’t think they can be disrespectful to paying customers. Highly don’t recommend go to wendys instead

Never go in there! They rely on a kiosk if you enter and NOBODY gets a cup for do their own drink! You have to ask someone for it, which they are all in the back, to get a freaking cup! No one up front, so you get the drink after your food, which they still screwed on the order - no onions was the order and it had onions! Screw this place, don't go there!
I asked for a easy meal and I got nothing that I asked and to top it all off the fries and the burger was not hot at all.
It's a Burger King, however newly renovated. I think it actually has better service than an average BK.
