My wife and I greatly enjoy BBQ here. We have had many of the BBQ items on the menu. Brisket, Cajun sausage, BBQ chicken, BBQ pork, burnt ends, ribs, chili. We enjoy their sides as well. The food is great and I recommend them for that. My only suggestion to the owners, is the wait staff isn't always on par. Sometimes it is great, sometimes it is not. You often have to wait before someone helps you, maybe have someone seat customers instead of self service. Getting refills on beverages is also difficult. If you are looking for good BBQ in the area, go here, you will not be disappointed in the food!

Best barbecue close to Waverly, just a bit hidden at the back, service is good food is better! Please bring back the sweet potato fries with marshmallow fluff all year round and not just a fall item!! Its ridiculously delicious

Amazing experience! Food came out fast and hot. The server was absolutely awesome and what made things even better was the manager/cook took the time to come to every table to ensure everyone's food was cook to there liking and that they were satisfied. Such a personal touch is what will keep us coming back besides the amazing food!

Had the BBQ platter with slaw and baked beans. Very reasonable pricing and more than ample serving size. Corey, our waiter, was courteous and efficient.

Yessir listening gratitude and grateful, that was the worst meal that I ever had in my life rib tips I want it, but I bought Ribs burnt and dried out. I was from out of town. I’m sorry I threw it away.

I love getting BBQ anytime I'm able to make up to Callears. Staff has been great, our son has a food allergy and they have been great about accommodating us to make sure he can get something too.

Smells very good, smoky BBQ, but didn't get the same smokey flavor coming through in the pulled pork, needs more flavor or seasoning. Sweet potato biscuits are delicious. Ribs had a nice bark from spice rub. Overall, I prefer a bolder sauce hickory bbq sauce, regular BBQ sauce a little bland. Potato salad is unique, not to my taste as I prefer creamier with egg & Lil mustard.

I’m not a bbq expert but my family loved everything we ate. Service was amazing. Friendly and thourough. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area and that we could bring our dog. Thank you for a great meal! Wish we lived closer!

Absolutely amazing prime rib sandwich!!! We just stopped by on our way out of town. Hopefully, we will go through there again someday. Might make a special trip ?
