“Had an absolute great experience at the Keystone Ave Dunkin tonight. The 2 guys working went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we had with the Dunkin on Elmira Street. Thank you both very much from the bottom of our hearts. We definitely be coming back more often.“

“The food is decent. Service was terrible as we were waiting at the drive-thru mic for at least 15 minutes without any notice until we honked the horn and yelled for them. Then the wotker at the drive thru window had no knowledge of the ordering system. Had to pull up to tell the worker what donuts we wanted. The same worker was out back behind the trash can smoking, which is a fire hazard. Good food but extremely slow service.“
