The food is decent. Service was terrible as we were waiting at the drive-thru mic for at least 15 minutes without any notice until we honked the horn and yelled for them. Then the wotker at the drive thru window had no knowledge of the ordering system. Had to pull up to tell the worker what donuts we wanted. The same worker was out back behind the trash can smoking, which is a fire hazard. Good food but extremely slow service.

Dunkin’ Donuts Review: Mass-Produced Mediocrity

If you’re looking for a coffee experience with as much depth as a puddle, Dunkin’ Donuts has you covered. Their coffee is exactly what you’d expect from something mass-produced—drinkable but utterly forgettable. The flavor is generic, with that slightly burnt aftertaste that lingers just long enough to remind you it wasn’t worth the stop.

If you're craving something sweet, you’re better off grabbing a bag of mini chocolate donuts from the Dandy. They’ll likely be fresher, more satisfying, and at least won’t pretend to be something they’re not.

Bottom line: If convenience is your only concern, Dunkin' works in a pinch. But if you're after quality, keep driving.

I did a mobile order for drive through pick up. Sat in line for 20 minutes before I finally went inside to pick up my order. The same people were still waiting in the drive through when I left! If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have ordered at all! I had problems last time I was there also. I will not be visiting this location again. It isn't like they were busy when I was there, either time!

When you order the same drinks 7 days a week and maybe 2 days a week it's made correct!!! Laziness is getting bad. How hard is it to make a drink the way it is ordered or with the toppings!!!

Coffee is great, always friendly just a bit slow. Plan an extra 20min. So your not late for work!

We were ordering at the speaker and got half way through our order when we were trying to see what else we wanted the person taking ask anything else we said hold on one second and she told us to pull through. We tried to get her attention and she didn't say anything back. So we pull up and continued to order and she tells us " We can't really order at the window anymore". Then argued with us about it and did not apologize for her being in a wrong. I worked fast food before and I know how those headsets work and you can still hear the person. That was the most horrible experience I have had at that dunkin and I have a lot of problems with that store, in general.

This place CONSISTENTLY has thier espresso machine shut off for days. This has been an issue for months now. Also consistently short staffed, sometimes with only one or two people running the whole store by themselves. Staff have always been great and friendly, but be prepared to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through, and for them to be out of whatever you wanted. Management at this dunkin is clearly lacking.

I really like dunkin coffee etc. I'm always hesitant to go there anymore due to them always being out of something, an ingredient, or item that makes it impossible to make our coffees. The attitude of the staff is uncaring and annoyed(I'm sure they get tired to explaining why they cannot fulfill the orders, I know I would). Whom ever is managing this place needs to get it together.
