I did a mobile order for drive through pick up. Sat in line for 20 minutes before I finally went inside to pick up my order. The same people were still waiting in the drive through when I left! If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have ordered at all! I had problems last time I was there also. I will not be visiting this location again. It isn't like they were busy when I was there, either time!

We were ordering at the speaker and got half way through our order when we were trying to see what else we wanted the person taking ask anything else we said hold on one second and she told us to pull through. We tried to get her attention and she didn't say anything back. So we pull up and continued to order and she tells us " We can't really order at the window anymore". Then argued with us about it and did not apologize for her being in a wrong. I worked fast food before and I know how those headsets work and you can still hear the person. That was the most horrible experience I have had at that dunkin and I have a lot of problems with that store, in general.

This place CONSISTENTLY has thier espresso machine shut off for days. This has been an issue for months now. Also consistently short staffed, sometimes with only one or two people running the whole store by themselves. Staff have always been great and friendly, but be prepared to wait over 20 minutes in the drive through, and for them to be out of whatever you wanted. Management at this dunkin is clearly lacking.

They shut machines down at least an hour before closing and never can do iced lattes. I’ll never go back because it’s a repeat thing.

I really like dunkin coffee etc. I'm always hesitant to go there anymore due to them always being out of something, an ingredient, or item that makes it impossible to make our coffees. The attitude of the staff is uncaring and annoyed(I'm sure they get tired to explaining why they cannot fulfill the orders, I know I would). Whom ever is managing this place needs to get it together.

Whoever the red haired lady that was working today, I'm assuming a manager with the way she was talking down to her coworkers, made my experience completely uncomfortable by the end. I felt bad for my cashier because as the older lady with red hair was just manhandling my food and too busy jumping down this cashiers throat to hear me say it was MY food. Then she continues to chew her out. To see how this staff member treats other people IN FRONT of multiple customers, I was disgusted. My anxiety was through the roof just seeing this

I just ordered an iced caramel macchiato. I got to my destination only to taste it and there was no caramel in it, this wasn't even drinkable. I tried calling there was no answer.

Should be labeled McDonald’s, you don’t get what you order. Drinks aren’t right and half the workers look like strung out crackheads, rockin about and stuff

Coffee typically tastes good/made correctly. Employees are okay, some aren't as friendly as others but still always respectful. Definitely going back for more coffee.

Parking: Handicapped parking in front as well as more parking off to the side for others.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking in front along with a ramp to enter easily.

Mobile orders aren't completed until after you arrive, they are not in sequence. They did however, remake the latte, and compared the color, and realized something was some wrong. This location is very well known for not making the orders correctly, I will be using the other Dunkin near the hospital in Sayre from now on.
