We have been loyal customers to Dunkin for years. We used to come multiple times a week. We are never rude to staff. Well today they didn't have stuff to make coffee, the manager (he started yelling he was the manager) was really rude to customers saying we can't make your drinks, we don't have anything (in a condescending tone). But they were making some drinks. Well my husband asked for a gift card for a refund (which we have always done at this location for years now). Well the manager yelled he couldn't do it. When my husband calmly stated we have always gotten refunds here before now. The Manager then preceded to knock the gift cards unto the floor in anger yelling telling my husband "if people want to come in here with attitude, then they don't need come back." Needless to say we will not being coming here again.

I frequently visit this location. I think the staff is great. The only negative thing I can really say is whoever is in charge of ordering for your location needs to do a better job. Constantly running out of things every week.

How can you run a business when at 8 on a Sunday morning you have no cheese or bacon to make a breakfast sandwich? Thatās why we never go there, ridiculous. The girl behind the counter was very nasty also.

Always a great visit. Staff is super friendly. Food is good and my coffee is always hot.
Kid-friendliness: They are always very kind to my children, they are patient when my kids are picking their donut flavors. On occasion they'll add a few extra munchkins or extra whipped cream to my sons frozen cocoa.

Normally I don't leave reviews but today, 7/28 at roughly 2:20pm a drive thru attendant said "welcome to Kmart" which was I guess funny? But then pushed me to pull forward more than once while I was trying to turn my card on on my phone. So I "moved forward at my leisure" right thru the drive thru and left. It's usually the Elmira St Dunkin that's a little rude and rough around the edges. This dude clearly hates his job and made it my problem today idk

Iāve gone to this location countless times over the last few years and have had a few hiccups but nothing major. This time was totally different. I happened to come at a busy time and i absolutely understand having worked in the service industry. But after asking the older woman several times about my drink I was told āIāll look into itā and then other people who ordered after me were being served. It took the cashier who appears to be new to come over and ask what I ordered after being ignored by everybody else. Again, I understand it was super busy but itās no excuse for 0 customer service. (In the screenshot of my order you can see when I ordered and the time at the top is when I got my coffee)
I already posted this review but had to come back and edit when I realized my food I ordered is absolutely ridiculous. 4 dollars for bacon avocado toast that comes with under toasted bread and one single slice of bacon.
