Dunkin on Keystone Ave is where to go! The other Dunkin in Sayre is awful. This one here i drive out of my way just for the service! The employees here always are smil8ng, k8nd and get you in and out. The other location seriously needs training by this staff here! Thank you guys for always being kind and prompt!
In my opinion, this place was amazing! They were really busy, and didn't have certain products, BUT their service made up for it completely. Although they didn't have the dragon fruit refresher, they made up for it by telling me in such a sweet and kindest way possible that the didn't have it. Then they also refunded me for it and gave me a small tea instead on the house! The place smelled amazing, parking lot extravagant, and service was given with excellentcy....
Their mobile orders don't tell you that something is out of stock until you arrive at the store, which I'm sure is an app issue and not the store. Food is sometimes burnt when I recieve it, which I can understand if it was during a rush, but it was burnt when no one else was ordering. I have also had to wait for my orders while others who had ordered after me had received their entire order. Overall, good service most of the time, but except a wait most of the time.
