In my opinion, this place was amazing! They were really busy, and didn't have certain products, BUT their service made up for it completely. Although they didn't have the dragon fruit refresher, they made up for it by telling me in such a sweet and kindest way possible that the didn't have it. Then they also refunded me for it and gave me a small tea instead on the house! The place smelled amazing, parking lot extravagant, and service was given with excellentcy....
Their mobile orders don't tell you that something is out of stock until you arrive at the store, which I'm sure is an app issue and not the store. Food is sometimes burnt when I recieve it, which I can understand if it was during a rush, but it was burnt when no one else was ordering. I have also had to wait for my orders while others who had ordered after me had received their entire order. Overall, good service most of the time, but except a wait most of the time.
I frequently visit this location. I think the staff is great. The only negative thing I can really say is whoever is in charge of ordering for your location needs to do a better job. Constantly running out of things every week.
