I wish I could give 0 star. This KFC is the worst KFC in my life. The wait is too long and they don't care about missing orders. Owner or management needs to be fired. They don't even cook enough chicken so they want you to wait 30minutes to 1 hour. This place is not KFC, its junk.

Last two times I ordered they forgot something. The second time was a doordash order and all they want to do is give you a 30 day credit. This is after the lady lied and told me that it was the first thing that she put in the bag. SHUT IT DOWN!!!!

Probably the worst LFC I have been to. 5 staff in the drive through and it took over 45 minutes for the food to come. Staff were eating while working and the food came assembled wrong.

After ordering $45.00 meal they have us pull ahead and 20 mins later they give us only 6 tenders and walk away while we are trying to ask where the rest is. After ANOTHER 20 MINUTES WE HAD TO WALK UP TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE LOBBY DOORS LOVKED TO ASK AND THEY HAD THE REST JUST SITTING THERE AND SAOD OH YA SORRY GET HOME TO ICE COLD FOOD AND STILL MISSING HALF OF IT!!! I WILL BE MAMING A PERSONAL VISIT TOMORROW!!!

Went to the drive through, got to the order screen and asked for 8 pieces of chicken. Was told it would be a 30 minute wait for extra crispy. Said “ok we’ll order the original “ was told there was a 30 minute wait for that also. We left and went to Tops and bought their fried chicken…no waiting.
