Yeah, I know prices are crazy and portions are smaller. I stopped by for chicken and instead of getting my usual 8 piece meal, I ordered the 6 piece meal for $20.00 - which use to be the price for 8 pieces. It came with 4 large sides - also smaller, 4 biscuits, less one breast and one wing. I have to say it was perfect. The sides were portion appropriate and the chicken was great. For once, I was not disappointed in the downsize of a food item - it was a great deal and I didn't miss the two pieces. Also, a large pizza is now over $20.00 so this was a fair price for what I received. The staff here is always nice. I ordered and picked up inside and the wait was minimal. As a side note, if you have a problem with your food, call and ask for the manager. I happen to watch her take care of a problem with an order and it was resolved with no issues. No fuss, no muss. ✌🏻

Very slow it’s a 30 min wait inside. All they care about is people in drive through. They have 10 people been waiting inside for food. Should not just be focused on drive thru.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to in my life! Service is always horrible and if you don’t have 45-60 minutes to wait on your order don’t bother walking in the door. Every time I go to Sayre I tell myself not to go back to the KFC/Taco Bell and I end up going and every time I regret my decision!!!

Front counter guys bust there asses to help the dinning room, while the other 8 or 9 employees where running around playing games and goofing off... Three people ahead of me waiting 25+ minutes... Meanwhile I am going on half hour for 3 meals... A fill up box, a chicken bowl, and a 2pc meal ... I get there young kids that work here, but another more could be accomplished without the horseplay and screwing off..... Very bad team supervisor running things tonight... 10/25/24

GM is UNPROFESSIONAL & extremely rude. This place allows the employees do whatever they want, be on their phones & touch food. It’s filled with children & the GM is trying to be friends with them & not a manager. The wait for food is RIDICULOUS, no matter how many cars are in line or people in lobby. I do not recommend eating this contaminated food!!

I really should have read the reviews before stopping here. There are a bunch of employees not doing anything and just refilling their drinks multiple times... I only ordered nuggets and am watching them clean and put chairs up when they still have 1 hour and a half to go. Waited 30 minutes, then asked for a refund. Do not stop here.

Waited 45 minutes for food as I hear lady in charge say don't put any more stuff down it's almost 7 we close soon as the line behind me grows ,my daughter uses restroom as an employee is in there hitting on her vape making it so she can't use the restroom, another employee with headset on standing next to register just sipping away on her soda almost the whole time I was in there. The get home food is to cold to eat

Aweful service no one is here telling anyone how to make the food or get customers out the door. I've been here for 30 mins for 1 burrito and there are 2 customers in front of me. All very slow workers

You’ll wait 45 mins…that’s on a good day! And don’t expect them to have any extra crispy chicken! They will AlWAYS ask to substitute it!!! Happens literally every time I go! Which will be way less often now!

The kid at the counter couldn't answer my question concerning their items on the menu, then to top it off gave me back the incorrect change, not once but twice. I had to explain to him both errors. The kid was totally lost. And as I watched my order being filled that guy was giving me items I didn't order, and when I pointed it out to him he copped and attitude.
