I had a drive-through order using the app when I got there they couldn’t find the order when I went through the drive-through. Then they found it and they told me I had to come in and get it. I asked if they could bring it out to me and they told me no. So I went in to get it and nobody would wait on me. This place is in shambles. I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget grinch meal and received a big Mac and I don’t even like big Mac sauce so I didn’t get to eat my lunch today because McDonald’s messed up my order. I tried to call numerous times, but nobody answers the phone to try and correct the issue and the drive-through to go back through is all the way out into the road. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.
This location does not care about quality or giving a customer what they pay for. I paid for a large, what I got was a small in a large cup....
