Gone here many years quality has decreased over the years ive called management on 3 sepeate occasions only to have them remake the orders and still get it wrong. Ive expressed serval times no pickles becausee my son cant have them but put still have them remake the order just to find more pickles and for some reason no onion ever and barely any lettuce on chicken sandwhich and sloppy mess of mayo but yet you guys wanna get paid 15 an hour???

I had to wait 20 minutes just for my order. The workers were gossiping rather than giving customers their orders. Food tasted awful. Floors were filled with trash.

Very slow, tell you to pull forward constantly, make you wait 20-25 minutes often, like if your ordering 2 meals it takes them 20 minutes. Not fast food. Make mistakes constantly. EXTREMELY SLOW. They redid the drive thru and it's so stupid how they redid it, merging two lanes into one lane. I hate McDonald's I only go here because I have a picky 4 year old that likes their junk food. The town's folk think this place is gourmet or something, they think a big mac is filet mignon but small town = small minds I guess.. Check out the better food you can get at mom and pop.

Waited 10 minutes for my food, a big mac and 2 mcdoubles. All the patties were burnt to the point it was turnt into shoe leather.

I was asked to pull ahead, waited patently. 10 minutes went by. When I recieved my food it was mostly cold. No straw or one napkin. I went inside to get one and no one was at the counter. I went behind the counter, even though most of the employees saw me, none asked if they could help me. So I helped myself to one straw. In short, train your staff to care. And your customers will be satisfied.

My wait in the drive through was a bit but they did have me pull forward along with 3-4 other cars. My fries were tasteless and lukewarm and the burger was dry and tasted like it had been on the warmer for awhile. The bun on the burger didn't seem fresh and more like it was on the warmer as well for too long as edges were dry and hard. My drink was perfect and they did have adequate napkins in my bag.
