I am absolutely appalled on how long it takes to get food here. We have been sitting in the dining room waiting for our food for 39 minutes and still dont have our food. This is absolutely ridiculous. Update finally got our food after 47 minutes.

I had a door dash order. It took over 20 minutes for it to be ready. It was 5:00pm. They were not busy at all. The employees were moving like turtles. The manager was flipping chocolate milk containers up in the air and not paying a bit of attention to the people waiting for orders or customers who wanted to order. She was rude when she finally did put it on the counter. Seems like she wanted to play and not wotk and had attitude when called out on it. I would not recommend this McDonalds.

When it's good it's good and when it's bad it's still kinda good 😉 ... Really the wait sucks and sometimes they mess up your order or pull you ahead for a ridiculous amount of time. Foods good tho.

Food is fine if you get it. Normally okay with that but drive through is almost always packed and I just wouldn't recommend eating inside any McDonald's

I've came to this McDonald's several times. Seems like every time something with my order is wrong. The lady at the drive through who collects my money, she is probably the most unhappy person I've seen on my trip up here. I didn't return my order in Fear of what the unfriendly staff might do with the replacement order. We couldn't even get drinks with our meal because the soda machine was down. Should have had a back up plan for situations like that.

Horrible. Im new to the area. I've been there 3 times and every time is worse then the next. Just do better and actually care a little. I got a rock hard biscuit and a Luke warm hash brown. I took it back and was told it was cooked fresh before I got there. You can't fix stupid but you can fire it.

One of the worst experiences in a fast food experience. No one would help out at the front counter and one of the employees paid for there food and ignored myself and othe customers and the fries are old and didn't give my drinks any ice

Yikes. Never going here again. Hubby waited a long time, came home with food. Wrong drink, cold food, many errors, 4 nuggets instead of six, pickles when he ordered NO pickles, half filled fries. So disappointing.

Employees are beyond rude and disrespectful. Absolutely terrible service. No excuse waiting TWENTY MINUTES for ONE menu item. Don’t even bother calling, they never answer, take their sweet time when it comes to tending to customers at the counter. One and done deal, one customer and back to the GRUBBY, NASTY, UNKEMPT KITCHEN. If you peek behind the counter you can see just how disgusting the restaurant is.
The employees are disrespectful and will hang up in your ear.

Food is always COLD fries never are salted everyone besides Lauren the manager she's great but every single person in there is VERY rude not a single sight of someone wearing gloves even when packing food. If I didnt live around here id NEVER go to this mcdonalds.
