Extremely slow drive-thru, I waited a half an hour for a fish sandwich. DoorDash orders sure were going quickly while the staff talks with all the drivers and ignores customers. Avoid this McDonald's. The food isn't fast, quality, or cheap. What's the point.

This place genuinely sucks. The absolute worst fast food restaurant i have ever been to in all my life. They never get food out mo matter how busy or not. It takes a minimum of 20 minutes for you to get your food or even a drink. It’s never fresh. The employees do not even attempt to help customers. I highly suggest Wendy’s over this train wreck.

The food is exactly what you expect from McDonald's if you like it you like it but as for the wait times is pretty long for the overnight crew and not like it's their fault I just feel they need a few more people working the graveyard shift but the workers themselves are pleasant and try their best

I had a drive-through order using the app when I got there they couldn’t find the order when I went through the drive-through. Then they found it and they told me I had to come in and get it. I asked if they could bring it out to me and they told me no. So I went in to get it and nobody would wait on me. This place is in shambles. The employees do not care about presentation or the food they serve. I wish I knew who owned this franchise. I would call them and have them make a visit.
I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget grinch meal and received a big Mac and I don’t even like big Mac sauce so I didn’t get to eat my lunch today because McDonald’s messed up my order. I tried to call numerous times, but nobody answers the phone to try and correct the issue and the drive-through to go back through is all the way out into the road. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.

1 star is a reach for the biggest joke of a McDonalds you could ever imagine. Will wait in line for an hour to be told they're sold out of chicken nuggets. Drive a half hour to Horseheads or owego and you'll probably save time.

I am absolutely appalled on how long it takes to get food here. We have been sitting in the dining room waiting for our food for 39 minutes and still dont have our food. This is absolutely ridiculous. Update finally got our food after 47 minutes.
