The employees clearly dont know a thing about frying food. The food is obviously being fried in unchanged, rancid oil, making it have a bitter aftertaste. The cinnamon twists are utter garbage because of this. Sometimes the chicken taste fine, other times you get that bitter oil aftertaste as well. They rarely give you utensils to eat your sides with, sometimes you dont even get straws, and the waits can be ridiculous just to get your order messed up.

River Song Pond
This is one of the worst places to eat in the valley. You wait upwards of an hour to get through even the drive-through. The prices have gone insane, especially compared to the location in Elmira. They always get something wrong on my order, and the poor trainees are always struggling. It used to be a lot better but it's clear the new management is incapable of supporting their workers and actually taking care of this location. Sad because it used to be great.

WORST place to get food. They never seem to get my order right and most of the time you have to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes or more. Drink area is always dirty. I watched another customer bring in a bag and say it wasn't his order and then the employee tried to hand me the bag with the same food in it. I don't know about here but where I am from once the food leave the building, if it comes back you can not give it to another customer because you don't know what may have been done to it or if they touched it. IT IS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!! If I can help it, I will never go again. As it is I avoid it as much as possible.

Aiden is an awesome manager, he was doing it all himself in the grill and even tho my order was messed up (front counter didn't listen any special requests) he made it all right and made up for it. He needs a raise. The rest of em need more training
Food was terrible. Barely a coating of beef in my 90's Gordita, beefy 5 layer was mostly shredded cheese. Tortilla was so dry it kept falling apart. Cashier didn't check the order before telling me to pull up and then didn't explain the price difference.

Every time they mess up our order we get cheese Quesadillas somehow they end up being chicken not just once this is over and over, Cant even complain to get it fixed because the window people are rude to start with. Tried to eat the chicken & what looked like a worm was in it not saying it was a worm but eww ....ps fix the bajablast mix in drive through its 90% carbonate water
