Went there tonight and ordered a steak chalupa box with no sour cream on any of it. Got home and opened a chicken chalupa full of sour cream. Took it back since their phone lines were busy and I couldn't get through to call. The girl refused to remake any of it except the chalupa then proceeded to hold it out the drive through window in my face to show me there wasn't any sour cream on it. After I spoke up she then got the manager who said he couldn't remake it he could write my name in a book for a future time. So after paying for dinner there I then had to go elsewhere and spend more money for dinner elsewhere since they refused to make it right. Worst service everytime I go there not sure why I continue to go back. This place really should have been shut down 20 years ago.

Not the 1st time. Waited 40+ mins (only 3 cars ahead of me). Should have left. They had to verify food order in anticipation of people leaving line because of the wait. I understand this happens but a least offer a discount if a person is in line for an excessive time.

Im unsure why I've gone to this location more than once, but I have and each time is worse than the last. Fires are always old, hard and half filled. Tonight I ordered a chicken quesadilla, which I had to wait for mind you, the chicken looks like its from yesterday or last week. Its anyone's guess really. The cheese wasnt melted, no sauce or anything holding it together-because it was cold. I only know this because it was thrown in the bag and not laying flat so when I tried to pull it out this is what I got.

I went to the take out window. But the Chicken Pot Pie was delicious.
Ordered the new luxe box and the rolled quesadilla was not warm and the cheese was not melted at all, also ordered a quesadilla box and the quesadilla was not warm nor was the cheese melted after waiting 10 minutes at the window for food also served with no cantina sauce.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The management was just as slow and careless as the obviously new person at the register. I was blown away at how long I said there, watching them mosey around and chat with each other. I will usually wait for good food. But I will probably never go there again. It was that bad.

I ordered a deluxe box. The crunch wrap was so full of lettuce, and barely had anything else to it. It wasn't closed a fell apart instantly. I also ordered the t6 with two chicken chalupas. Each chalupa had maybe one piece of chicken in it. They were full of shredded lettuce. I do not recommend going to this location ever.
