Went there tonight and ordered a steak chalupa box with no sour cream on any of it. Got home and opened a chicken chalupa full of sour cream. Took it back since their phone lines were busy and I couldn't get through to call. The girl refused to remake any of it except the chalupa then proceeded to hold it out the drive through window in my face to show me there wasn't any sour cream on it. After I spoke up she then got the manager who said he couldn't remake...

I only stopped there to get a tostada but found out that they dont have them anymore, nor do they have a value menu. So I politely asked for a cup of ice for my soda, and they obliged me.

I believe the employees really are doing their best, however there's only so much they can do while being severely understaffed at all times. There's only ever 3 employees. It's impossible to keep the place clean and costumers served in lobby and drive thru at the same time. Shame on the cooperation for making these poor employees work the jobs of 5 people each. And for what? To save $40 a day when they profit 10's of thousands a week? Shame.
