The Grille at The Train Station

Great food. Great atmosphere!

My family and I were in town for my dad's surgery at Robert Packer hospital, and needed a decent local place to have dinner together while he recovered. After going back & forth between a few options that didn't necessarily appeal to everyone we decided to try The Grille based on the reviews, menu & location. I'm thrilled to report that we were all absolutely blown away by this place!

This is the kind of restaurant you want every dining out experience to be like, and the kind you dream about having again. The wait was pretty long. About a half an hour, but it was totally understandable as they were packed with a line out the door. Normally, I wouldn't add myself to that siuation. But being from out of town, and taking the business as a good sign, we stuck it out and were all incredibly glad we did.

The interaction with the host was great. He was friendly, and checked in with us multiple times, keeping our status updated. Once seated, the server was also very friendly, personable, prompt, and accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious, and unique. Cooked with care. My crab pasta could've been hotter, but it's a minor nitpick. We ate our dishes mostly family style, and were all happy with each choice. Overall it was just a beautiful family dinner in the midst of a scary situation made better by this fantastic restaurant. Can't wait to drive down to Sayre again just to come to The Grille.

The best meal and service we have had in a long time! Scallops and wings. Then glutenn free pasta and a prime rib sandwich. Awesome.

Ordinarily this is one of my favorite restaurants. Evidently they’ve changed the cheesesteak, which the online menu advertises as on a Constanza roll. It came in their house made bread, which just didn’t support the cheesesteak well. It was soggy and flavorless. I called to ask about it and was told if you wanted it on a regular hoagie roll you had to ask. No one asked about the roll and there is no way to know this. The girl who took the phone call refused to let me speak with the manager as he was “busy walking around”. The bread on its own is good. As the basis for a cheesesteak it’s a poor choice. It’s entirely too breast, soft and soggy.

Had an amazing meal. Service was fantastic along with the food. Will definitely be going back again.

We ate here for the first time today and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the service was awesome! We will definitely be returning soon!!

We had the absolute pleasure of eating here tonight for our first time. We made reservations and were seated promptly. Emily was our waitress and when I say she is the best waitress I've ever encountered, I mean THE BEST! She was so upbeat and I loved talking to her! I had heard great things about their food but still wasn't sure what to get. I asked her for her recommendations and she gave me several to choose from. We had an amazing meal! Everything tasted phenomenal! We can't wait to come back!!!

The food was delicious and the customer service was top-notch. The manger came out and greeted us which was a special touch. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

If you're looking for good food, great service, and an open yet comfortable atmosphere, this is your stop.
The menu items are plentiful with a nice choice that I'm sure all will appreciate as well as competitive pricing to keep you coming back. I plan on trying the blackened Alligator on my next visit.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the wait staff and food was great. Had the wings and roasted brussel sprouts. Both very good, a bit pricey but overall a good experience

Fish fry was outstanding. Burger's are also outstanding. We were waited on fast and food came out hot and fast.
They have an extremely long beer list.
Although I don't drink beer. Onion rings were crispy and done.right!
