The most disgusting fast food restaurant I have ever stepped inside of. Food was mediocre, however it was filthy, every square inch of the establishment. Spiders literally everywhere, as well. You could not pay me to return. Staff was not friendly either. Just avoid this place...

My mom and nephew neice and my children where driving back to our home from vacation. We made a pit stop at this Wendy's and my 10 year old had a negative outburst. My mom and I were trying to calm him in bathroom and the manager Jennifer came in to help she was so sweet non judgemental spoke with my son my mom and I had a positive talk and calmed my son down very fast. My son had threw his cheese burger and she gave him another and you she was very much an angel sent from heaven she spoke positively to me and didn't judge us at all. She is so sweet and deserves the world

Today we entered Wendy's in sayre PA and my grandson had a melt down anger Issue Jenifer came and had a calm conversation with him and he changed his attitude we really appreciated Jennifer's sweet and understanding intervention Thank you so much Jennifer I don't know if she is the supervisor or manager but she did handle it well God bless you

No coffee in my caramel creamy drink. Grill chicken wrap w the smallest skinny bacon 🥓 I ever seen. I know it's a hit and miss dine in. Dine in before here it was great. Today was poor. 🤦♀️🤷♀️💁♀️

I went to Wendy’s in Sayre on July fourth and was hoping to have the same experience I had in Wysox. I don’t normally indulge in fast food but I was really hungry the other day after driving to Shore Sisters market and I had one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. I was hoping to have the same experience in Sayre Pa o I went inside because I wanted a simple ice coffee along with my burger. I was met with a very hyper young lady and gave me complicated options about my burger “did I want large or small? I replied that I didn’t know there were options and I was hoping that the service provider could indulge in some abstract reasoning but NO . I said okay give me the large and I wanted a simple large ice coffee with extra cream. So I only saw “frosty” . I was afraid to deviate from the menu so I said can I have a large Frosty with no flavoring because I can’t tolerate sugar. Well that turned into a major ordeal and I was ready to say forget it but she pressed the matter and by that time there were two other young people standing behind her. Yes! I was feeling very uncomfortable and she I said are you concerned for this girl’s safety? They said no but just kept staring at me. I finally got my order and paid. While sitting at the table one of the workers were nearby so I asked him how would I order a regular ice coffee in the future without all the confusion? The next thing I knew the original server was standing next to me asking if I was talking about her. I said no. And she wouldn’t let it go. I said “look, I’m having a really bad day and I would like a break “. She wouldn’t let it go and she doubled my discomfort! I finally said ( and I never talk to people like this)”would you please shut up and go away?” Never go to this place again!

I don't usually leave reviews (honestly), but I want to make an exception this time to give many thanks to one of the employees of this Wendy's. My wife and I were seating there a Saturday night. We were not in the best of moods, and suddenly this fine gentleman (probably in his 50s) came to our table to give us a small ice cream cup for each of us. This gesture changed our moods completely, making our night brighter, joyful, and memorable.
