My mom and nephew neice and my children where driving back to our home from vacation. We made a pit stop at this Wendy's and my 10 year old had a negative outburst. Today we entered Wendy's in sayre PA and my grandson had a melt down anger Issue Jenifer came and had a calm conversation with him and he changed his attitude we really appreciated Jennifer's sweet and understanding intervention Thank you so much Jennifer I don't know if she is the supervisor or manager but she did handle it well God bless you
I don't usually leave reviews (honestly), but I want to make an exception this time to give many thanks to one of the employees of this Wendy's. My wife and I were seating there a Saturday night. We were not in the best of moods, and suddenly this fine gentleman (probably in his 50s) came to our table to give us a small ice cream cup for each of us. This gesture changed our moods completely, making our night brighter, joyful, and memorable.
