Terrible. I just went at 845pm ordered a sundae and was told no because they closed their sundae bar. Then I ordered a concrete also told no because they are closing so they closed everything up. I don't understand if they close at 9pm how I'm not able to receive a sundae at 845pm. I will never go to that Rita's

Why did I have only one person here working at Rita’s have it extremely long line I don’t get it. There’s more than one window. There’s four and only one is open.Instead of having more time to enjoy the ice cream, we’re just simply waiting and waiting and waiting online with little kids. A few times debated just walking away not a great business model

The employees there were so rude and disrespectful to my 18yr old daughter tonight that she was literally in tears. One older woman who said her name was Aggie had the audacity to ask her if she was pregnant and after my shocked daughter said no, she told her that her shirt was extremely unflattering. After my daughter replied that it was a very rude thing to say and do, she and the other employee started laughing at her. When I arrived to pick her up she told me what had happened and I confronted them asking for the manager or phone number of the store owner. She told me she was the manager and refused to give me the owners info. Young women in this society face enough pressures about their bodies and self image that they don’t need to be body shamed while patronizing a local business. Whoever the owner is, he seriously needs to rethink the type of people he employs. We will be sharing our experience and won’t be spending another penny at this establishment. Shame on you!

No straw lids for frozen drinks, gave us strawberry ice when we ordered cherry, no napkins given or in sight, had us sign the receipt for credit card with no specific place to sign name, never gave us copy of our receipt and the rewards scanning system wasn’t working to earn our free ice!! Beginning to wonder if they deserved one star but all three workers had a smile on their faces so an extra star for that.

I ordered a gelatti. It was the cheesecake cluster with watermelon ice. The red headed lady was so rude. She placed the cups on the counter rudely. I had blue ice mixed with the watermelon in my cup and I didn’t order it. I wonder what would’ve happened if I was allergic???? On top of that it was a mess how she prepared the gelatti . I didn’t even want it anymore after seeing it. Any other time I come here I have a great experience. I guess so because she don’t be there. Well at least I don’t see her when she’s there.
