Well let me just say the cheese stick was horrible but could you use more cheese you know when I think a cheese steak I think of cheese on a cheesesteak... For $20.56 + tip for a 12-in cheesesteak and a small order of fries.... I would think you'd want to put some cheese on the goddamn thing.

The food was amazing and the place is very very clean , the service fast and nice.
Bolognese Meat sauce tasted good but was watery.
A good pasta sauce has to be thick.
Owner offered Tomato sauce, which was a little thicker, but needed Salt.
And Bolognese Meat sauce did not contain Carrot, as told by owner there is.
Carrot is a standard ingredient in Bolognese.
Garlic knots and Salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing were good.
Restaurant itself is clean and quaint.
Owner is affable.
