We ordered a catering order of burgers and chicken sandwiches for a lunch event. Everything was delicious, and ready on time. It included everything we needed for the sandwiches. Really happy with it, would recommend for catering.

Stopped by Wayback Burgers with some friends and had an awesome experience! The service was fast and friendly, making the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with great toppings and flavor.
What really stood out was the value—great quality food at a very reasonable price. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for a tasty burger and chicken options with great service and great prices. I’ll be back for sure!

Seriously one of the best burgers you will ever eat. Ate here numerous times and the burgers are always consistent, and they are some of the juiciest burgers I ever had. I always get a plain burger with cheddar cheese.. can't go wrong there. Also, their milkshakes are phenomenal as well.
First time I ever had Jake's way back burger, and I'll never go back. First, I wasn't sure if anyone was working. There was one employee on her break and it took awhile for the other two employees to come out from the back. There was no welcome which unfortunately made me feel like I was wasting their time. They got one thing right, sign says it's going to be messy and that's very true. I ordered a double bacon burger and chili cheese fries. Had to pull the bacon off, it was super fatty and hardly cooked. They don't have proper take out containers. Fries were in a cardboard serving dish with another dish on top and it was wrapped in paper that was saturated with cheese, chili and grease. I ordered the regular size, but given that the dish was pretty much packed solid with fries and the toppings, it would have been more logical to use the larger dish. Anyway, on the plus side, I was able to make two meals out of it all. Food was tasty, except of course for the undercooked bacon.

Food was ok shake shack is better IMHO. Main issue is there is no option to not leave a tip. I'm sorry but if I'm standing at a counter and have to get my food why am I leaving a tip. Also the floor was super sticky.

We've been to the bagel shop next door and had never been to Wayback Burgers. We got a BOGO coupon and decided to give them a try. We had double Classics, and they were Fantastic! 2-3 napkin Juicy, well dressed, cheesy burger. We will be using all of our coupons!
