Last season I ordered a milkshake and it was mixed in a Styrofoam cup. I was sucking Styrofoam through the straw. Gross..I hope they are using the stainless steel mixers they are supplied with this season. Won't go back.

Wonderful atmosphere, and delicious seasonal frozen dessert options (pumpkin pie milkshake in October)! We met the owner one of the times we stopped in, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we were satisfied with the ice cream treats we ordered!

terrible customer service. the girl at the register skipped over us even though we waited in line to order. somone else ended up taking our order while taking my order the girl at the register was rolling her eyes and giving us an attitude . first time here and last. don't recommend

The Freeze is a one stop shop, we went to the hawk mountain trail and famished we decided to get ice cream but they also sell specialty burgers, fries and hot dogs! They take cash only but they have an atm on site and it's not pricy at all. I would definitely come again just to listen to the King of rock and roll!

Celebrity named sundaes, other ice cream and stuff available. Yes! Loved it. I ordered the Little Richie. With Regular ice cream even though I should have had lactose free ice cream. Parking, seating inside and outside. Fun, creative place.

We came when the temperature was 90°+ outside. The inside was full. The line was long. But that gave us time to decide what to get. Lots of selections, and 4 people working. The line went quick, the seating open as we got our order. Good job for a smooth operation! Outside seating was available, but with a cone, it would have melted in 30 seconds.

The Freeze has been around longer than I can remember. It was formerly known as Tastee Freeze. Ice cream and milkshakes haven't changed much over the years. My only complaint is it's cash only. I rarely carry cash, and having to use the ATM inside, be prepared for the charges (which I don't remember at the moment). Otherwise, The Freeze is one of Sch. Counties "must stop" locations.
