Would rate lower but cant, you advertise as being open to 2am but can't pick up a call round 10:30 I even waited 30mins afterwards and still nothing. Just why.... get it changed on Google maps or something for crying out loud.....tired of places like this still giving false times/ old time frames before covid jacked it up

My husband and I came here for dinner for the first time as we had no time to make dinner ourselves. It was around 8 PM on Tuesday. The server was super friendly welcoming, and sweet and I thoroughly enjoyed it here. We will be back. This is our new spot.
My first visit to Schmity's Old Mill Pub in Sciota, PA, was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Shelby, a veteran staff member who made me feel instantly welcome. It's clear she takes pride in making newcomers feel at home.
The atmosphere at Schmity's is fantastic – a fun, rustic vibe that's incredibly inviting. The pub is always thoughtfully decorated for each holiday, adding to the charm. The rest of the staff were equally friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
The food was outstanding! I ordered the Pot Roast Kelly waffle fries, which were incredibly delicious and satisfying. The flavors were rich and comforting, and the portion size was perfect. I also shared an order of the parmesan garlic wings, and they were simply amazing! Perfectly cooked and seasoned, they were a definite highlight.
I highly recommend Schmity's Old Mill Pub to anyone looking for great food, a warm atmosphere, and friendly service. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

Traditional bar and grill in a neighborhood setting. Came in with my wife for lunch. I had a burger with waffle fries. She had a cheese steak and fries. We both had well poured Guinness beers. Service on the drinks was great. Food service was a bit slow. The burger was ok and the cheesesteak was good. There was one TV for college football. One for Horse Racing and the other for lottery games. The place also had an area for a band. I am sure the bar rocks under the right circumstances. recommend for lunch.
