I've been looking for a Caribbean restaurant local to me for a while. Unfortunately, the Poconos (where I live, anyway) are pretty vanilla when it comes to any sort of ethnic restaurants. Caricom Spices Restaurant is a bit out of the way (45 minute drive from my house) but well worth the travel time. Their food is amazing (I had the oxtail) and the woman behind the counter greeted me with a smile (a huge plus in my opinion) and filled my order with speed and efficiency. I...
One of the best food I have eaten, in the whole of the USA, they really give you too much food 😂, you can serve three people with it or three servings for you, congratulations to the chefs there continue keeping the Caribbean culture alive,
