This coffee shop is cute and unique interior decor however the customer service was just not there, no smile and no greeting. The barista walked away from the register when we started to look at the menu… it was not busy( just me and my friend). Had to wait on the barista to come back to the register to place our drinks.

I'm a self proclaimed "coffee snob", so I was surprisingly pleased with a cup of their regular drip coffee.I'm sure that their espresso drawn specialties, desserts and other menu offerings are just as good. Intimate, warm decor. If it were large enough to accommodate more customers, it would be nice for the winter months.

A cool spot in the heart of Scranton. Tried a lemon cheesecake bar and a chai latte. The cheesecake bar was delicious and the latte wasn't shabby either. They have a nice outdoor seating area along the side where you can enjoy your drink as well.

The coffee itself was good - not bad or great (I think housemade syrups would take the coffee up to 5/5) - but the pastries... my gosh. Food is usually beside the point when I go to a coffee shop, but the LEMON CHEESECAKE and peanut butter balls here are TRULY great! 5/5 for the food, and if I lived locally, I'd be back often.

The barista was a tornado of activity, and the coffee was amazing. Eclectic spot, kinda off the beaten path, but also in the middle of the city. We’ll be back for sure!

Ask for a Honey Almond Latte w/ cinnamon, you won’t regret it.Stopped in to grab a snack to hold me over til lunch and got a coffee on a whim. They had a honey pistachio latte as a special which sounded good, unfortunately they were out of pistachio but the barista said she could make a honey almond latte for me instead and was kind enough to ask if I liked cinnamon to add to the flavor profile. The short of the long is, the staff is caring, friendly, and thoughtful enough to try and make customers happy when possible.

Everytime I go there are fresh-baked goods and fresh sandwiches. The atmosphere is low-key and comfortable. First Friday brings an endearing band or artist to perform live for you.

We love a nice cafe, we’re not sure what the hype is about with this one though, the phone goes automatically to a recording, after finding parking, it took a little to find how to get to the entrance, we stopped in for iced coffees & some lunch, the menu had five items, they were out of two & one of the available items she suggested we don’t get since it was there a few days, the s’mores coffee was very good, & the vibe is cute for pictures, other than that, unless you’re in the area & run in for a quick coffee, not really worth it

A cute little cafe tucked in downtown Scranton across from Hilton conference center. Great coffee and customer service. It is a great place for a good cup of coffee, tea and healthy smoothies plus small prepackaged quick bites (salads, wraps, breakfast items). The ambiance is so beautiful, if you are looking for a quiet local cafe. Highly recommended

I am from out of town; looking for some coffee. I love to support local shop and I hate Starbucks coffee. It's bitter and over priced. If Starbucks is the only thing you know of, then this place is slightly better. However, I would NOT recommend this place. There has to be a better place in Scranton. I will need to continue my search, but this place is not it.

Such a cute spot! Traveled to Scranton from western MN and one of our favorite things to do on vacation is find local coffee spots. This might be our favorite! My sister was doubting my find when we had to walk down the alley but she was quickly proven wrong?Shauntelle's honey Pistachio latte was phenomenal and I would pay big bucks for her recipe!!

Driving through PA and decided to stop in Scranton for coffee. Ended up getting their strawberry shortcake matcha and it was amazing! 10/10. The girl ringing us up was very friendly, didn’t catch her name.
