A little irritated this is the 2ond or 3ird time I have tried to go there to get food around 9:00/9:30 when they say they’re open and they’re actually closed. If they’re not going to honor their hours posted or there gonna close early they should put “hours subject to change” instead of having people waste their time and gas money to go get food and then not be open. And again this isn’t the first or even 2ond time this has happened. I don’t know if the owners even know this is going on but it’s definitely not good because they’re losing business and going to end up losing customers because they’re not reliable with their hours that are posted. Foods great workers are fantastic just wish they would actually stay open like they say they are because I know they’re not going to reimburse wasted time money and energy when they close early with out notice. Again just an idea to maybe put “hours subject to change” so at least it won’t be so disappointing

I go back there after I sent one of my guys in to grab the food they gave us someone else’s pizza on top…. I go back the next day to tell them they messed up the same lady who did it and she told me “that sucks” lol I proceed to pay for my new order and she had just given one portion of my order to the customer before me……. I think she’s out in left field

Placed order at 6:25 pm, was told 25 minutes. Left at 7 as I live less than 5 minutes away. Got there and the person at the desk couldn’t find my order. She asked her co-worker and she was able to find it. Said the order wasn’t ready, 25 minutes later the kitchen worker comes out with the order and I asked what about the pizza? She got the pizza from the top of the oven, and it was there when I walked in 25 minutes earlier. I said that pizza has been sitting for 25 minutes and she said it’s still hot, yes the box is hot because it was sitting on top of a very hot oven. Last time I will be ordering here. My family orders from them quite often. The one waitress became rude and said there are other restaurants to order from and I said I know, I won’t be ordering from here and she said “Good!”

went to get a cpl cheese steaks for my lunch n break... went to order they looked at me like I was ordering some exotic food they never heard of... can't say much about the food ... but If they can't get it right from the door , I won't eat there .....

I really don't understand why this place isn't ever busy. I've eaten inside, gotten take out, and delivery. We're locals and like to eat here at least every other week. It's quickly becoming our favorite pizza spot in the Taylor/West Scranton area. The employees are very nice! And the restaurant is clean and inviting.

I ordered a steak and cheese with fries. Who in the hell eats a steak sandwich on slice bread! Lettuce and tomato separate on its own 2 slices. This is sad. Never again
Ordered 2 trays of pizza one with mushrooms , one plain for pickup.. the girl said 20 minutes . My husband went and picked it up and he said they must be busy they have pizza stacked on the oven, went to eat the pizza and it was cold, the crust was hard very very disappointing. We were customers for a long time, we ordered the day before with wraps very little meat and like a child size portion.. We will not order from there again.

Worst experience I have ever had at a pizza place. If you’re thinking about eating here, DON’T. I would suggest going literally anywhere else. The pizza was watery and disgusting, not cheesy but with actual oils and water dripping off of it. It had toppings on there that we didn’t want - who would put onions on grandmas pizza?! We also did not eat more than a bite and said we didn’t want the pizza but we were still made to pay for it - no offer of an alternative or anything. Horrible customer service. I will never be coming back here again or recommending this place to anyone.

While the service is super super slow, the food is amazing. What bothers me is they served my one kid his slice of pizza, but didn't bring out the rest of the stuff for at least 15/20 minutes. I mean they could have waited till everything was done and brought it out all together. Now as that is my only gripe, the food was amazing. Its worth the wait if you have it. With hungry kids, not so much lol.

TERRIBLE PLACE: This restaurant refused to remake and fix my mother’s order, all her sandwich was missing was cheese. They then proceeded to call the cops on her after she asked for her sandwich to be fixed before paying. two officers came and situated things out. She fortunately wasn’t arrested over an $8 sandwich. But the restaurant racially profiled her and claimed that she was trying to not pay for her meal, she had the money and simply wanted her sandwich fixed to what she ordered.
