horrible experience. have tried to give them multiple chances to fix the issues. never again. got a salad and I asked to get an additional dressing. when waiter brought it it was blue cheese dressing n not ranch. I tasted the dressing prior to pouring it over salad. alerted waitress n told her they brought wrong dressing. she apologize n brings correct one but wanted the one I opened n tasted back? I said you can't take that back I put my fork in it to see what it was. manager or owner yelled at waitress saying you must bring back wrong dressing. I think manager was gonna put it back n reserve it....how gross. then charged me for 2 extra dressings..
absurd. never again. bad customer service n not professional at all. save yourself the money n frustration. also question how many dishes they are re serving to people. how gross

A Day in the Life of Dom
Took my daughter and girlfriend for pizza tonight sadly was attacked by their customer Jason Mason of Scranton before we could even enter the door. Sadly he did this in front of my 4 year old daughter and most likely my 2 other children inside. Owners/manager/supervisor didn’t do a damn thing, but allow their customer to threaten and put hands on a dad taking his kid for pizza. Video proof doesn’t lie and they don’t care. I’ll never give that place business again and hopefully others don’t either.Shady business practices.

Aldo's always has incredible food and incredible service. All staff are friendly, cordial and very accommodating. With a menu diversity which makes it quite difficult to choose what to eat, you will be returning after trying anything! Be sure to try their pasta offerings. See the Cavatelli and Broccoli picture which I've included, to give you an idea. If you have not been here yet, or haven't tried anything, I urge you to stop in! I am a regular here and typically don’t mind the food. Today I went in ordered how I normally do picked up my pizza and went home. When I made it home I realized my pizza was wrong so I called them. They told me that I can come back and get the pizza I ordered I then asked if I should bring back in the pizza I ordered they told me NO and that they will see me soon. I waited 15 minutes like they asked and then came back when I came back they were scrambling and looking around strangely then I was met with being told that since I didn’t bring my pizza I can’t get another one. I told them I asked on the phone and was told NO and I was met with them being rude and telling me that they would refund me for the pizza I said okay that’s fine and then was told directly after that I will just be getting a refund for pepperoni and that it had to be cash and not back to my card. I then just gave up and told them how rude they were and how they should not have made me drive over and lied every step of the way. I will not be a returning customer and just wish they would have been nicer.
