Bad service. Food wasn't made right with scant sause and missing items as well as burnt chicken. When I asked it to be fixed, I was charged additional money for it. I politely explained the situation to manager with server in agreement that my order wasn't correct. Manager (an individual with large body habitus) was very rude and dismissive. Very poor service especially by the manager. I was told by manager that in the past they used to add too much sauce and now don't do so. Manue shows higher prices and it seems same dish is now worse. Will look for a different restaurant going forward

our drinks were delicious & the all you can eat tender meal is seriously such a great deal. our server Kayla was so kind and attentive, i also thank her for her patience with waiting for our brother to join us ! also have to give Emily a shoutout because she’s amazing too !

This place really sucked. They charged $2.49 for EIGHT waffle fries. The waitress was super sassy and did not care about us. The service sucked. My dad's girlfriend paid $2 more for a stake. And the virtual portable screen hot games on it and I started playing trivia with the table and it took money.
We normally frequent this restaurant even if there is a wait but this time it was my son’s birthday and let me just say that I’m not sure we will be coming back. Our app that was just mozzarella sticks came out at the same time as our entrées. I ordered the Cajun salmon and it was over cooked and tasted odd and the broccoli was under cooked. My son’s sandwich was the wrong order and he got a free brownie sundae that him and his brother didn’t even want to eat. I know this is just a chain restaurant but it was just over all really disappointing. The manager didn’t even come by to get our opinion. I know this isn’t fancy dining but it was a waste of $100 and that was after they took food off and we tipped. 😕

Amazing food and awesome drink. It was called rockin poppin Shirley temple (non alcoholic). It had cherries 🍒 in it. And pop rocks on the top. Was definitely different loved it
