Used to be one of the best Arby's. Now food always stale and cold, employees rush u and and sound annoyed. Even had premium nuggets one day that taste like it was days old so i threw rhem all out. Maybe new staff or management needed.

Ordered a beef and cheddar and a 6 piece nugget, how stupid does someone have to be to confuse curly fries and nuggets. It's simple English on your kds screens it's not hard, I don't just blame the worker who messed up but poor management for allowing such idiotic mistakes to happen

Arby's was at one time delicious!! ? Almost $50 for 6 roast beef sandwiches, curly fries the buns were stale curly fries were cold , the parking lot was dark . 8:45 evening, place was dirty inside via if s good scrubbing out dated, depressing, the open sign was off ,!!!

I was there at 7pm only customer in the store so it's not like they are busy. They chose to put that sandwich together and sell it to me that way. I'm not sure I'll be returning to this store. I did return it today and the manager that I spoke with replaced it but that doesn't change the fact that they seen nothing wrong with the original one that I bought last night.
