After we paid, we were informed that they ran out of pretzel bites and had to cook more. A 10-minute wait. After finally getting the bites we paid for, we asked for an extra cheese to compensate for the wait. It was worth a try. The attitude from the worker was abysmal. Absolutely no customer service. Instead, she proceeded to argue: “You agreed to wait 10 minutes.” After pointing out that we didn’t know about the wait until after we paid, she laughed at us: “It’s 99 cents. You can’t afford 99 cents?!” When my great aunt pointed out that their service was substandard, the bespectacled employee put her hands on her hips and said, “I don’t care!” They refused to identify or retrieve a manager. These people need more training. Go somewhere else.

Great experience in a little mall. My one and only complaint was mall doesn't appear to have air conditioning... So hot! Pretzels were hot and fresh staff was nice. It is located upstairs.

Speed of service has drastically dropped recently. Not sure if new owner or what but store has 1 or 2 customers, I placed a mobile order. Go a few minutes after the time told to pickup and they didn’t even take my order off the receipt printer yet so had to wait for them to make it from scratch. Not a great way to spend the 15 minutes to go grab lunch while at work. The 2 customers in the store were waiting longer than I was, and were asked by the employee what they would like to order, even though they had already followed up twice to see what was taking so long. Not sure what’s going on here but this is not the first time it took this long. Won’t be back

I stopped by today, desperate to feed demons who demanded a dozen pretzels of me. The staff here had every right to tell me to get lost but instead I got my pretzels and some laughs about the urgency of my dozen pretzel requirement. Thanks for being awesome. The pretzels were great, so was the service.

Ordered mini dogs about 15 minutes ago. I was told they would be ready in 10 minutes. Returned to counter to hear someone ordering the same being told 10 minutes.
