I have been in the food industry for 40years. Called was not happy with the butternut squash soup. Ordered two bowls. Ate a couple bites of one bowl . Willing to bring it back for a credit towards future order. I was told the owner said if I'm not happy don't order it again. No refund or credit. You don't get a refund at McDonald's he stated if you not happy with the food. Lol when actually you do. So sad when you order from somewhere quite offen and this is the disrespect you get. Shame on you

I have been going to Brick Oven since it opened. I went there on Saturday to pick up a meatball hoagie while waiting I grabbed some napkins out of the dispensary on a table the girl working the cash register scolded me and told me she would give me the napkins and not to take them from the table they are for people sitting at the table and said don't ever do that again at 57 years old a loyal customer and she spoke down and scolded me I will never step foot in there again that's not how you treat your customers she should be fired immediately

Great food, love the wall decor! A little cool in winter from opening door, otherwise great experience ? ?. Zesty ranch boneless bites were great, just right amount of zest without the spice! Loved them. Roast beef hogie was a bit salty for cold cuts though. Pizza always the best. Square this time.

our night crew ordered a pepperoni, a margarita, and a buffalo chicken pizza Sunday on the recommendation of a co worker and all three pizzas were amazing!!!! hot and fresh with delicious ingredients. this will now be our forever go-to place to eat for our work place.

Every time I go here it is amazing the service is off the charts the inside has a bunch of old relics it is really cool, I highly recommend the Italian roll or the white onion pizza.

This is because they should have all their prices updated on their web page instead of on Facebook because people don't know to Google Facebook and look for places this is ridiculous
Yesterday, Friday - Aug 2nd, 2024, Kit and I stopped at 2 more Pizza Joint's that are on the Lackawanna County, PA Pizza Trail!!! The 1st was the BRICK OVEN PIZZERIA & RESTAURANT, Kit Dwight had a Cheese and Broccoli Cut and I had a Old Forge Red Cut and then a Regular Plain Cut. All the cuts were delicious and had the regional flavor and taste. Most are made with a mixture of cheeses and some if not most don't use mozzarella as one of those that those of us from the New York, New Jersey area are use to!!! Either way, there are superb pizza and the average tasting pizza. So far today's cut's are leaning to the higher end!!!

I have been a long time customer, and with several mistakes on their part over my time as a patron, including tonight. This is the 2nd time for this mistake when they took my order over the phone. I did not receive the pasta I ordered. What is the point of taking my order, that was full price, and just give me whatever they wanted anyway? I have not made a big deal about their mistakes in the past. When I've called with any problems, they always corrected the mistake. But tonight I called as soon as I took my order out of the bag. The girl refused to replace my pasta (I was going to give back what was incorrect) order because the kitchen was closing, and also refused to make it right in any way. As I said, I order frequently. Disappointed that they would rather lose a customer than fix their mistake. I will not be ordering from Brick Oven again.
