The waitresses take AGES to even order our drinks AND food plus longer to actually get it. I have been sitting here for twenty five minutes and they order the food for the person who got here after us, please get better service.

The food was absolutely delicious. The waitress was nice and welcoming at first but once it was time for food to come or to get a check she took forever to come back to the table. I waited over a hour for 2 orders of wings and a cheeseburger . People who arrived after us had got their food before us and we had the same waitress. Other then them issues the food was delicious and tasted good. I still have the waitress nearly a 30% tip bc regardless of crappy service and waiting I still tip good regardless.

Placed an order on 2/7 for pickup for 11 got there for 11pm waited til 1125pm for someone to even acknowledge me that I’m there. Staff member finally came out and said to give them 5 more minutes and it would be ready. So i sat and waited and watched them go behind the takeout counter and grabbed the order that’s been sitting there the whole time i was waiting. So not only did i wait 30 mins my food sat the whole time and they tried to play me like I’m stupid. They forgot my sauces for my food items. Dickson city location SUCKS!!!

This place service has been downgraded drastically. I have always enjoyed coming here but last few weeks has not been worth it. Service is extremely slow, waited 20 mins for my order to be taken and then an extra 20 mins just to pay my check. This place needs more workers or the current staff needs to be trained better.

Edit: Well I continued going here (that is on me) with only occasional issues despite the previous problems. However, last week I redeemed points and placed an order through the official BWW website for delivery. The order was wrong, specifically due to the store, as the label on the bag was the correct item but the contents were not at all correct. The store immediately admitted it was there mistake and refunded the cash I spent but could not refund my points. They called me the next day and said I needed to e-mail BWW to get the points. I e-mailed and then was told they could not refund the points I had to call the store. I called the store and was told they would call me back which they never did. I then filed a complaint on the website earlier this week and never heard back.
So my $40 worth of points was stolen from me and wasted a bunch of my time. I will be using any remaining points I have and then never going back here.

Three times half the order was missing and the 4th Doordash did not deliver the food. All times it was ordered directly from the Buffalo Wild Wings website. Three times it was likely BWW's fault and the other was Doordash (which is integrated into their website).
I have gotten partial reimbursements for the 3 orders and a full reimbursement for the completely undelivered order; however, those took over a week to process and I obviously did not get my food.
Food is fine, but delivery is currently completely unreliable and not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.

Service was very welcoming and pleasant. However, I was not impressed with the 20 traditional winds I ordered … they were overcooked! I felt like I was eating tough jerky. No juices were left in the wings. Rule if thumb to follow: For 100 wings in the basket, fry at 360 degrees for 8 minutes… shake basket often. You will get the perfect wing!!! Very depressed and dissatisfied with my order. Go elsewhere for your wings!!!

Wasn't to shabby! My only complaint was my fries seemed a little short (as in not enough). Chicken sandwich and honey barbecue boneless wings were great! Keep working at it and I'll give 5 stars.

I order on their app, when i got home i have a missing item whne i got home. And they dont put it properly in their to go box
Really disappointed. Ordered 10 traditional and 15 traditional wings and 2 sodas. Nothing crazy. Food took about an hour to reach the table, and was cold by the time we got it. Instead of the food being warm they tried to cover it by dumping a mountain of sauce on the wings as well. Whatever ate them bc I’m not gonna send them back. When it came to getting the bill the waitress asked if we needed sntbrjng else, we said no and we figured she’d get the bill. Nope. Another 15 min later she asks us if we need anything else and I again said no, and she said “just the bill” yup. When she gave us the bill, she gave us the wrong one, and went to the other side of the restaurant to go talk to other coworkers. I had to get up and go to her to tell her she messed up. It been this way the last few times I’ve gone here and I keep trying to give it the benefit of the doubt and it doesn’t seem to get better

Got to be some of the most vile chicken wings I think I have ever eaten. Overpriced for what you get food wise, but it is a good spot to watch a game and drink a couple beers. Never my first option of places to recommend though.

Very disappointed by the service provided by Isabelle. Ordered a few different items for the table. Asked for Chili on the Nachos, when I told her there was none, she said the kitchen portions it and put it on the nachos where there clearly wasn't any. The mozzarella sticks barely had any cheese in them. The boneless wings had little to no sauce. I felt like I was eating a chicken nugget. Randomly, she brought the bill even though we didn't ask. We wanted to split the bill and when one of my friend asked, she gave a smart remark. Definitely not worth tipping and tipping culture is out of hand.

As per the usual wait staff was undermanned. Only like 6 tables filled when went there. But yet took about 4 minutes to be seated. And at least 5 minutes to even be seen to order drinks. Waitress was great but unfortunately to be undermanned rarely got service. Just good ol greedy owners trying to get by with the fewest employees to have the most money in their pocket. Customers be damned. Hadn't been to a BWW in a very long time and was really looking forward to it. But that place just turned me off.

Management is the issue here. They are non-existent and obviously lack any motivational skills. The servers are ok at best which is likely due to aforementioned motivation. You can see the lacking attentiveness in the bathroom which is filthy and dirty plates sitting around for my entire time. I fear this place is a healthy ticking time bomb. Not sure I'll ever come back.
