Absolutely horrible night staff. food was not even close to my mobile order completely smothered in mayo and ketchup no extra cheese and old dried up patties . Place is a joke visited the night of 7/25/25 around 9pm onions rinds where hard and chewy. Honestly owners of Luzern street bk are these really the employees you have representing your name and brand ? The food put out is below sub par they don't seem to even read the order. I hope in time u can come to hold your staff and establishment to a standard that warrants American families coming to spend there money here.

If I can give negative 5 stars I would. Please explain to me how someone Waits at the drive-thru for about 10 minutes for their food and was told they're waiting on their food take 3 minutes to drive home and the food is ice cold

Forgot a burger and we got charged for two and I ordered Sprite and got diet coke.
It's burger king.reliable made to order.the patty melts are not worth it though. The bun wasn't grilled

Waited 12mins in the drive thru, when I received my foodie was just slapped together my whopper was all soggy, veggies mushy, mayo was leaking out of the sandwich, service was awful, wanted sauce and the window was closed so fast that if I had an issue I couldn't even address it
