Sunday breakfast should take less than an hour and taste good. Carmen's failed on both counts. We ordered two menu items as is while the restaurant was less than half full. Thirty eight minutes after ordering One meal comes out. The telltale warning from the server that the plate was very hot should have sent me running as a very hot plate means the food has been sitting under a heating element. At the fist bite the server was reaching for my plate saying that it was for another diner another warning I should have heeded. The other meal arrived ten minutes later and was wrong on all levels. The restaurant had decent ambience but the food was horrible and took way too long.

1st off...its beautiful. It's a converted old train station...tons of marble and the ceiling!!!! 2nd, our server Marissa....AWESOME. 3rd...great drinks, perfect steak, delicious risotto and stellar creme Brule. We had our anniversary dinner there and there's nothing I could've improved on.

Absolutely the worst meal I've ever tried to eat.........tried to contact manager....was told she wasn't available but will call me.Food was so bad I made a complaint to Health Department............ actually made me sick.

The food was NOT good at all! The service was the most inept I have EVER experienced!! The hotel is beautiful, but the restaurant is a disaster of epic proportions!! Don't eat there! So sad. Bread with no water. Drunken scallops were tiny and canned tomatoes. Smelled and tasted fishy. Poke' was also fishy. I suspect the Marsala sauce was from a jar. We couldn't get water to save our life!! Entrees served with NO silverware AFTER we specifically said we didn't have silverware BEFORE they brought the food. Good GRIEF! Romaine salad served and they forgot the dressing. The manager even came to our table. She wasn't helpful or competent either.

The place is so elegant and magnificent. We ordered grilled filet mignon and sea bass, they were super tasty, unbelievable I highly recommend. The prices are affordable and the staff are so friendly l. Thank you for the great hospitality.

I LOVE this place! It’s very affordable, filled with people all the time, the dishes are great, the staff are amazing - always smiling, they see when you need something and bring everything very fast! I really enjoyed the place.

A reasonably priced up-scale sit-down restuarant that takes the internal design and gorgeous architecture of the Interior of the Lackawanna Train Station and capitalizes on it to produce an excellent ambience. Can't go wrong with breakfast here if you're staying in the Radisson or nearby in Scranton.
