Family funeral luncheon was a nightmare. Fish option terrible. Desserts melted because it was 90* in glass enclosure. Seating not as planned. Rushed out so quickly. Guests had food in front of them. Rude staff. Sad day only made sadder. Always loved going to dinner there but will never go again. Also, why the same dollop of fake mashed potatoes & scoop of frozen Julianne veggies. Never a change. And only a choice if 2 dressings for salad??? You lost my family & at least 6 of my relatives who are regular customers. You made a bad time worse. Shame on you. Stop making your priority about the almighty dollar. Try caring about your customers 😏

I was extremely impressed by Casa Bella! The service is top notch, the kind of service you would expect from a restaurant that cost twice as much. The food was delicious and high quality at a reasonable price. This is a fantastic restaurant and i would recommend it to anyone.

Casa Bella went above and beyond to make my mother-in-law’s birthday so special. The entire staff was very attentive. The food was absolutely delicious ! The outdoor space was beautiful! Best restaurant in Scranton! Thank you Casa Bella!!

My daughters rave about this place. They took me here for Father’s Day. Extremely disappointed. I ordered the crab and lobster ravioli. Eight quarter size ravioli, 2 of them had no filling. No diner salad with the meal either all for $26. I left starving. If I was paying for the meal I would have felt violated. The experience was so bad, I’m going to have a hard time going back.

Very rude , poor customer service . I am making reservations for a special occasion and the rudeness from the person answering the phone and lack of people skills . There are several much friendlier establishments, with better food and service to choose from . I was on the fence between where to book . After this bad experience I definitely will take my business elsewhere . I advise against booking a special occasion here .

Highly recommend! We were visiting family and this was a recommendation. It was busy but they managed to fit us in, we had a quiet table by the door. Started with calamari appetizer, it was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. Next was a salad, we choose the Caesar salad. The salad was large but is included with your dinner. The croutons are homemade and delicious. Dinner choices were the lemon salmon and the grouper. We chose the pasta as a side with their homemade vodka sauce. It was an extra charge but with it. We ended our meal with coffee and the limoncello. It was light and a perfect choice. There was a larger room with all windows, it looked beautiful. Maybe we'll be able to enjoy dinner in the room next time. I highly recommend! But you will need reservations.
