This restaurant in the heart of Scranton is a must-eat! Steak was to die for. Lobster excellent! We brought our guests from Australia including a MasterChef and they were impressed. The only criticism we had was the bread came out cold and not enough crust on the creme brulee. Thank you Benny for the hospitality we will be back!

This place was a total surprise. The food was outstanding and the service was down to earth and very friendly.
Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the desserts and appetizers did not disappoint. You could tell everything was very fresh with high quality ingredients. Overall, this is one of the best restaurants in eastern PA. Absolutely worth a stop.

Hosted a large group dinner here alongside a conference. I’m from out of town, and the team at Catch 21 made it effortless to put the event together. They were wonderful to work with. Once we arrived, the service was attentive and friendly, and the food was spectacular. I highly recommend you check it out.

My wife and I had a great meal for our anniversary. Service was excellent, I would highly recommend this place.

The food was delicious, especially the ribeye, ranking among the best I’ve had. The staff was very attentive and hospitable making the local restaurant very welcoming to anyone looking for a quality outing. And between the elegant choice of background music and subtle decor, the atmosphere made for a great overall experience of a fine night of dining.

GREAT EXPERIENCE...Perfectly located in DT Scranton and walking distance from the hotel. The ambiance was wonderful, the service exceptional and the food was well prepared and tasty at each course. The beverage offerings were creative and plentiful. Wonderful touchpoint by the staff to acknowledge birthday and personalize the experience. HIGHEST recommend for a lovely DT dining experience.

At first, from the outside, I wasn’t impressed—I was like, “Ugh, this is my birthday, and I want somewhere really swanky and special.” But the moment I walked in, the atmosphere completely changed my mind.

The host greeted me, though she was busy at the moment, which I completely understand. Later, she made up for it by being incredibly attentive throughout my visit. I was the only customer at the time, and her service made me feel truly valued.

I ordered the Caesar salad, which was fantastic, followed by the prime rib with bone, macaroni and cheese, and broccoli. I like my steak cooked perfectly well, and not charred—once again, they did not disappoint. My steak was perfect and bathed in butter. To my surprise, it also came with a side of crispy, perfectly fried onion rings. The bread presentation with the butter design was beautiful, too. Throughout the meal, the staff checked in consistently to make sure everything was perfect.

I wish I had gotten the hostess’s name—her service was outstanding. I spent over $100, but for my birthday treat, it was worth every penny. Compliments to the chef and the entire staff for an exceptional dining experience.

To top it off, they surprised me with a carrot cake on a special birthday plate after learning it was my birthday. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left more than satisfied and will definitely be returning.

Steak, lamb, and paella were all delicious. I had the special: braised short ribs and gnocchi. The short rib was tender and the sauce was sublime. The gnocchi were not pillowy or soft. That is the only critique. Our appetizers were super good. We tried the burrata, the smoked trout, and the calamari. If they switched out the regular tomato for heirloom tomatoes and added a little seasoning and bread to the burrata it would have been lovelier! Overall we would return! We were too busy chowing down for pics!

Incredible. Angelica and Z are the best team in Scranton. Angelica is very social and makes you feel welcome while Z made me laugh out loud more than once. Food was perfect. The owner was in the dining room the entire time. 5 Stars at every level.
