Chaplin's Honky Tonk Restaurant & Saloon

I was taken here last night for the first time with a friend who said this place was fantastic. The service was much to be desired. Our waitress seemed very short, possibly overworked exhaustion. I was misled by the menu of the different diet sodas apparently, there was only Diet Coke on tap not the actual listed so it is on the menu so I got a water. My husband got a Stromboli that he choked down Basically telling me when we got home that it had cheddar cheese and American cheese in it who ever made a Stromboli with such nonsense I had fried chicken that was so oily. My stomach still hurts. There is no flavor like there was no spice in the breading. I will give it. It was very crispy if I were to go there ever again it would have to be comped, giving it more than one star would be very generous very disappointing. Oh, and my sides were cold. Oh and that’s not forget the bread was supposed to be garlic and Italian but they couldn’t even get that right

First time there. Loved everything. The food was phenomenal. The service was the best. The waitress and kitchen staff were the friendliest I've encountered in a very long time. Very accommodating for wheelchair use. Can't wait to go back.

I had the stuffed sole. It was the best Iv'e ever had. We were a party of 4 and everyone was extremely satisfied. Would not hesitate to go there again!!
