We came here for the deep fried gizzards. Not the healthiest but tasty. This is more like a twice a year event. They also have deep fried liver but the gizzards are way better. The portions are generous. Even the small portion can fill you up. The fried chicken is a bit tasteless. The deep fried pies are really good.

This is the best chicken I have ever had. Once I ate these chicken tenders, I combusted and also blew up that bathroom (dont go in there.) This chicken has CHANGED MY LIFE. I will be commuting the 4 hours for this chicken daily.

We were drawn here because of other positive reviews and we weren't steered wrong! It was a little out of the way for us, but we made the drive and were very happy. Obviously not a gourmet meal...fried chicken and fries. But the best fried chicken and fries we have had in the Orlando/Kissimmee area!

I was told there were no combo meals available, despite there being fingers and wedges available. Apparently, these people want to sell everything a la carte. Also, I have had the Chester's fingers elsewhere and these were completely different. These fingers were no different than ones you can get out of a box, like banquet. The ones from Hartford Chester's are crispy and far bigger. I guess the owners of the Davis Street location don't care much for quality.

Got an internet suggestion to try this place during NASCAR weekend and it came out to be a good stop.The food is take out only and it was still piping hot when we got back to our room which was about 3 miles away.Plenty of food choice selection for chicken,shrimp and burgers.Got the 5 piece mixed chicken and it was very good and there was no raw meat under the coating.Plenty of French Fries included and they were also crispy and hot.Sent along a couple of packs of hot sauce which actually added some kick to everything.Chicken was tasty and the items actually had some meat on them.Well worth the stop.
