Ordered last night at about 430P, expected delivery was for 530. No problem with that, but at 6p I still didnt have my food, so I called. Lady on the phone said she'd have the manager call me. At 640, I was hungry and still no food or call. I tried calling again 3 times only to be hung up on each time. I had to call from a friend's cell for them to pick up. My food finally arrived at about 650.
Used to love this place. Service has gone downhill.

Had a half hour lunch ordered my food online, when I arrived no one waited on me waited 9 minutes and left beforeI ran out of time on my lunch. The have a button to ring a bell in kitchen but doesn't work. Don't waste your time ordering from there.

Edit: updated the stars in my review after the response from the restaurant below. I appreciate the explanation and want to give them another chance. Moral of the story DoorDash sucks and I should've known better.
Found them on doordash and thought the food looked great and was priced well. I made a large order and was super excited to try it. 40 minutes later the restaurant abruptly cancelled my order. Huge waste of time and now I have to wait 3 business days for my money to be back in my account. Maybe I'll try again some other time.

Love the fact that they deliver and you don't have to rely on a third party app.
The important key, of course, is the food.
I've tried the Singapore Mei Fun a few times, and it falls a touch flat in the flavor department. Doesn't mean it's bad; it's just lacking the complexity that usually accompanies the dish.
However, the Beef Lo Mein? Might be the absoulte tastiest lo mein I've had outside of a major city.
All that to say I'll wind up trying most of the menu, because even the misses are decent, and the winners are exceptional.

We ordered food last night. It was awful. Chicken was soggy and had no flavor. The seafood dish was terrible. Same thing food was soft. We both ended up tossing the meals and making dinner at home.
I love this place! The lady at the front that takes your order is soooo nice! The food is great! The woman who I saw sitting at the table behind the register, cutting food, was the cutest! She reminded me of my Gram when I was little. The food is awesome! I am glad this ace is on my way to work, because they make the food fast, and it's ALWAYS delicious!
**For the other review complaining the woman didn't have a hairnet-not required when their hair is long. And gloves, also not required when they wash their hands. But you're more than welcome to wear gloves and a hairnet next time u cook.
**For the insect leg review-very unlikely. Probably came from your house. You should get an exterminator!
**For the dirty fishtank review--some fish secrete excess amounts of ammonia, creating that type of tank. To constantly change a fishtank for these fish, can hurt them. Temperature changes, environmental changes, etc... what you consider an eye sore is less important than another being's life. You aren't swimming in it.
