This is an institution in Scranton. I enjoyed my food very much and will be back. The waitress was the nicest and very attentive to our needs. This is the type of place that you go for the unique food. If you want something that matches your expectations, stick with chain places. It may not be the best, it is not the worse, but is very good and unique.
I drove from ontario ,on way down south ,i wanted to try this and its what i though it would be ,great ,i ask the girl at front if i could get a picture with the cook ,and ahe ask the owner he said of course ,nicest people great food thank you for making my trip
Keep in mind their specialty hot dog (Texas Weiner) sandwich is pretty small. It's a hotdog sliced and placed on the bun. Very tasty. I ate two and that was filling. Onion rings are good with a large portion. Great decorated dining room. Service was prompt.
